3:43 I see so many UA-camrs clean a path of snow AND then clear additional paths BUT blow the snow over the areas they just cleared. Wouldn’t it be smarter (if the wind is a factor) to blow snow in direction the wind is blowing? However, in THIS video no wind. Clear a path AND then (work) the next path near to the direction you are throwing the snow. No one asked, but my opinion it’s counterintuitive 😊 to throw snow onto the area you just finished clearing.
Any way we can get a detailed video of the tractor and blower? I own the same tractor and have been thinking about a blower for the back. I currently run. A ZMI 920 pusher on the front. Thanks .
I will try to make a detailing video for next winter. I would love a pusher on the front also...! How you like it? As for the blower, my neck wish its in the front!!
Why do people not start in the middle & work outwards? Every pass you make gets blowing runoff from the chute right onto the previous pass where you just removed snow. Or if you're only blowing towards the house, start on the far left & make passes towards the right as you go
Sometimes you need to double your work. In a case where you can't blow the snow to one side (due to neighbor property) and if your pile side is at the distance he is at the blower may not throw the snow far enough to hit the pile. If it cannot then he would be doubling the amount of snow in the middle that he would have to go through and tractor or blower may be limited and have a harder time getting through that snow. So sometimes you have to make the sacrafice and clear a path first to unload that amount of material so that when you do the far side you don't end up with 4 feet of snow to go through in the middle. I don't have a blower just a blade but the theory is the same. I have to straight pull some of the heavy snows just to move enough out of the way knowing that when I move to the sides its going to redistribute some back in the center that I will eventually angle the plow and cleanup. Still better than a day in the office.
Yes I am the only one and I usually go for a ride with the tractor after cleaning my driveway and it happened a couple of times that some neighbors were shoveling. I then offered my help, its always a pleasure for me to help but I won't plow their driveway if they won't ask for it, some of them really enjoy doing it I dont want to steal this from them. 😁
Gotta love it, blowing snow in your shirt sleeves in the middle of winter. Heated cabs are the BEST! I have the necessary 'revers-er' to hook up a Kioti CK 27hst front mount blower. You need a mid mount PTO to run this thing. I think it will fit your 2610 and you can use your rear mount blower. Check with your Kioti dealer. If you want it I think we can 'cut a deal'. I am going to put my blower on the rear next winter. I'm outside North Bay, ON.
Really like cabs indeed! For now I am not investing more money on this, I need to renovate the garage with a bigger door so I can store the Kioti inside! This is quite an investment... Thanks though!
Great for your first time👍
Great video! You've got to love those R14 tires in the snow!
Yes! They weren't my first choice but I am glad I went with them.
Nice job. It looks like the tractor handles that snowblower pretty well 💪
Yes it does! Thanks! 👍
Wow So Amazing Video 👍🌹👌🌹
Thanks for watching! 😎
Tractor did great. Tough to find s spot to put it all. Spring thaw must be interesting.
Indeed, thinking about pushing it all out the driveway and blow it on the sides now..!😁
Imagine if all you can was a pusher or a blade? where would you pile all that snow! With a snowblower being able to throw it a distance really helps

Pusher works pretty good. Need to weigh a little more but I can stack snow as high as the loader lifts. Thanks 👍
Hi Fred Thanks for sharing? What are are you in? You sure get a lot of snow.
Hehe yes we get a lot of snow! I am in eastern Quebec and winter is quite a long season here!
Nice, I was thinking Gaspe or Northern NB. Thanks! Snow is made there lol
@@botadriver haha yes winter is way more fun since I bought this tractor 😅
What do you have for a blower?

You are probably right! I am still quite new at this, only 60 hours on my first tractor and the fact is that the longer it takes, the better! haha :)

Fred, are you the only one in your neighborhood that has one of those bad boys and if so do they ask you to plow their driveways?

nice job. but would not even consider buying a tractor with a blower on the back. do not like them.
I agree, I would rather have a front blower but they are three times the price! Maybe for my next tractor :)
they are the only option if your tractor only has a rear PTO. you need a mid pto for a front blower.
Yes, my dealer told me 600$ CAD for installing a mid PTO, not that expensive.
