The bb rolls out of the barrel because you don't have the hop up on the TDC screwed down just enough to hold the bb in the barrel. Just screw it i believe clockwise with allen wrench to (increase hop) just a tiny bit and the bb should stay in the barrel.
Just got mine a gew werks ago and its a great gun so far. I've probably put about 2k bbs through it and no issues. I did have to adjust my hopup because i had bbs rolling out of the end of the barrel like you did but after that its been amazing
In my experience building a hi capa you don’t want it to be too smooth when you first put it together. If it is then tolerances are too wide. You want it to break in overtime through use so it’s perfectly matched. You’ll run into fewer problems in the long run I believe.
Great first unbiased video of novritsch ssp5 buddy. But it is suggested to use at least 0.36g bb’s for best performance. With 0.25g bb’s probbably too little hop is applyed and bb’s will roll out of the barrel. Can you make a shooting test video with at least 0.36g or heavier bb’s
When you were loading bbs and they fell out, you already had one in the chamber so when you re-racked the slide, you pushed another in there with it and the first fell out of the barrel. It can be hard to see if you already have a bb in there or not so what I do is, take out the mag, lock the slide back and point the pistol up towards a light source and if you can see light coming through when you look into the barrel from the back, its open but if you see no light, there is a bb in there. It's not stuck or jammed but you just need to rack the slide before inserting your mag instead of after when this happens and you're good to go.
Yeah the bb rolls out because the hopup isn’t adjusted and it’s normal for a hi capa not to cycle correctly especially when you rack the gun slowly because of the disconnector and knocker (also better when their is a tight tolerance over time it will be smooth). Seeing people use their mag catch to let the slide go forward instead of racking the slide back puts a lot of wear. Just use one short stroke if you want it to cycle a little bit smoother without putting a stronger spring. Use 2 if you don’t want to add more wear to the slide catch and get quicker shots.

I did this as well but it did not help and my other mag that I bought works perfectly fine

The reason the slide locks back is because the hammer isnt all the way down and kind of hooks on to the bottom of the slide
Remember the ssp5 is new it needs to break in once it’s broken in the slide will b smooth also the bb comes out because u need more hop up
nor the ssp1 or any other gun i have (5) does that
@@sergiom1343 i have the ssp1 and it does the same thing when i use silicon oil too lube the slide some oil are just too thick

i used .30 will have to get my hands on .36
You can flip the nub and it will hop lighter weights
I used the wrong sized bb by accident an it did that too. Once I got the right size the gun ran amazing

The slide not closing fully is definitely not because of the light slide. The weak recoil spring is the culprit.
It sucks how they didn’t give you a gun case like they give with the ssp1
You were loading bbs into the gun with a bb already in the hop chamber. The next bb will push the other bb out.

i remove it on the ssp1 the other i didnt i will have to figure out how , i think i used pressure to remove it but will get back to you
