    Sir one doubt sir what is nascent RNA

    • @MAGESHBIOLOGY
      @MAGESHBIOLOGY  3 роки тому

      At each active protein-encoding gene, nascent RNA is tethered to the DNA axis by elongating RNA polymerase II (Pol II) and is continuously altered by splicing and other processing events during its synthesis

    Sir template na enna?

    • @MAGESHBIOLOGY
      @MAGESHBIOLOGY  4 роки тому +2

      The DNA strand that mRNA is built from is called the template strand because it serves as a template for transcription. It is also called the antisense strand. The template strand runs in a 3’ to 5’ direction.

    One doubt sir
    12 zoo pg 69
    Coding strand 5----3
    Produce Same sequence RNA.
    Except T -- u.
    It is correct ah sir

    • @MAGESHBIOLOGY
      @MAGESHBIOLOGY  3 роки тому +1

      I not getting your questions. But what I understand from your text.
      5---3 is Coding strand. Is correct✅
      In DNA A---T, G--C this is the pair. If it is transcription takes place.
      In RNA A--U, G--C because in RNA their is only uracil (U) No Thymine. Like wise in DNA their is only Thymine no uracil.
