Coconut tapioca cake သာဂူပြင်

This Burmese favorite dessert is hard to get in outside of Myanmar. But you can make at home easily. I am sharing my recipe with you to enjoy this dessert.
Coconut Tapioca cake သာဂူပြင်
1 bag small tapioca
2 cans coconut cream
8 rice cups water
3 tbsps flour for tapioca layer
5 tbsps flour for coconut layer
2 rice cups sugar( 1 for top layer and 1 for bottom layer)
2 tsps salt (1 for top layer and 1 for bottom layer)
1 tbsp sugar to sprinkle on top
