    Sooooo good and pure. Thank you for sharing. I only discovered Sean's music just before he passed. I still listen often.... I wish he was still here

    Excellent! Very old school, love the way he gives everyone a go in the light and backs them sympathetically. Sure had the blues through and through!

    @powerslim In addition, did you know that the cape the keyboard player's got on belonged to Screaming Jay Hawkins and is still caked in Jay's 100% genuine 1958 sweat.

    Sorry, correction: an R7 is a humbucker model, Sean is playing an R6 with P-90's in this video, not his vintage 1953 Les Paul.

    That's actually not an old les Paul, it's his new reissue in this clip. He did play a vintage 1953 Les Paul though. Just not here. The legend continues to grow....

    Is that Blackula on the keys?

    Actually, powerslim is correct. Sean's playing his '56 Historic Reissue, which is easily identified by the stop tailpiece and tunomatic bridge. His vintage '53 Les Paul has the wraparound bridge and no tailpiece.

    @1961axis ...cool... I was just trying to tell that dude that the Les Paul Sean is playing is a new guitar..., not a '53 as he was saying.. His '53 is not in this video but I see acouple of people have already pointed that out since...

    @mslosarska no he's not. look at the tailpiece - the 53 had a single bar.

    The Les Paul in the clip is a Gibson R7 Historic Reissue. There is no such thing as a '64 reissue. It is clear to see that the guitar in the clip is not a 1953. The early 50's Les Pauls did not have an ABR-1 bridge and the color is also incorrect. If you look at the clips where he is playing his '53 you'll see the strings simply wrap around the tailpiece like all vintage Les Pauls. This guitar has an extra bridge that the strings pass over. Not vintage a vintage Les Paul here......

    @mslosarska a '53 has no ABR-1 bridge. That can't be a '53
