Love the video. Brings back memories when I was travelling with my parents on I-25. I am interested in doing something similar when going on road trips. Does the go pro automatically add the Freeway and Exit information that pops up, or is that something you add in post-production?

Wow, wonderful 4K60 video, what camera are you using ? I just took my Hero 8 Black to the shop, because it always overheats and power off if I use 4k60 resolution.

Thank you and I’m currently using the GoPro Hero 7 Black 😊
One thing you can try is to first have the battery be at 50% before you start recording at that resolution and frame rate if you intend to power it using external power. Also, you might need to get an aluminum housing for the GoPro and painting it white to reduce heat absorbed by the sun.
In the end, it’s quite the challenge to use it as a dashcam for sure 😌

Main reason being that when I was coming back from a convention in Utah, that was the route to take back home
