Btw, that "unknown force" was a hacker that spread key logged hacked client over the internet and got passwords of over 3000 accounts that used it. He killed/ dropped everything they had and he even leaked all those account names to public.
There was a nest one too just yesterday in max eff. A bunch of people got shotgunned because stinger phase lagged and stacked making a wall of instakill shots around boss. It was beautiful.
I remember i witnessed a massacre caused by lag in an ot, oxygen wouldn't replenish resulting in the deaths of at least 20 characters, even nexusing didn't work, but i managed to escape to the main menu before i died

A hacker (Swatsec) managed to spawn 2 Wine Cellar Oryxes inside the Nexus, which killed many people who logged in. This was also the reason Battle For The Nexus (high level dungeon) was created, as a sort of apology to players (I think the whole story is on Realmeye if you are interested).
