For the rotation you post: Red dust - Finish Strike - Overdrive - Hell Blade - Sword Storm - Brave Slash Chain Sword - Tempest Slash, all galewind rune for red dust skills and conviction judment for tempest slash? How about the mana problem?

BT looks cheaper for gems too one lvl 10 for blood rush is already big DMG boost. I have 100 quality on all my mayhem accessories it feels bad to swap but BT is super cheap in our server. i think entropy bt is only a trending for Thaemine raid only, it so hard to use all of your rotation at back in others raid

No. You can use entropy BT without having elixir.
