Thanks for your inservice. Alwais give your name.
Excellent video, thank you Sir!
@@TALLguytrucker Glad the video helped!
thanks great video. straight to the point and easy to understand.
Glad it helped! This method works on some other cordless brands as well
Great video…I’ve had this for a few years now and was having issues with the string not staying loaded so I watched your video to make sure I wasn’t doing something wrong and I’m not based on what I understand. I’m going to try reloading it again and hopefully it goes well. Thanks again!
@@BradRickards Glad to help!
Great video! Thanks. Could have been 2 minutes instead of 10.
Thanks, l try to put the relevant info at the beginning. The rest is just for anyone who may be interested.
Cool, thank you, just bought a used one this morning, amazing
@@amberrobbymann9725 Glad it helped!
I actually had to turn clockwise instead of counter clockwise to reel the line in.
@@dnasty981 That’s interesting, l guess some of them are designed differently.
Thank you for your help, much appreciated.😊
Glad to help! thanks for watching
There is still line inside the cutter head. How do i get that out before i use you nice method?
@@JeffreyStrathern You’ll have to carefully remove the cap off the trimmer head, remove the piece of line inside and reassemble. Hope this helps!
Thank you. I didn't know this way. My first try was by opening the head and roll the line by hand
Glad it helped, I’ve been there before with a tangled mess after opening the head. This way works on other models as well & it saves a lot of time & frustration.
@@JENSENDIY good idea to remove the battery too (which I didn't do). Cheers from Vancouver
Exactly what I was seeking! I bought some good line (Echo brand) and will put it on per your fine video. Thank you.
Glad to help, thanks for watching!
Thank you for making my Saturday morning a little less sweary.
lol! Glad to help, thanks for watching
Thanks! This is my first string trimmer, and I really messed up trying to get more line out when I knocked it off on some wooden posts and rebar. Now I know how to take it out and just start over. After I did it, it wouldn't "bump" more line out properly. Can't wait to try this - Thank you!
Glad to help! I find every once in a while I have to stop & bump feed the line out by hand to get it back on track but for the most part the bump feed works pretty well.
Thank you for a very clear straightforward and complete video. Straightened me right out. Extra scritches for Levi please.
Glad the video helped! Levi’s getting his daily scritches as l write this🙂
There should also be an arrow on the top part of the head. Line the arrow up with the hole and put your Line in
Good point thanks, sometimes the head gets so grass stained that the line disappears!
Thank you!!!
Glad to help! this reloading method seems to work with most bump feed style weedeaters.
Instead of cutting why not just give it another spin to reel it in a little more?
Good point, the 2 lines were not quite the same length so to keep them even I just snipped them off.
