I have serious dark under eyes!
Yes!! I don’t have oily skin but I know the point of foundation if you do is to keep shine free for as long as possible before the oils come.
I have two holy grail primers: The Danessa Myrricks Blurring Balm and Gucci Silk Serum. However, that YSL Touche Eclat has my attention. I get hella sweaty in August so I need a primer that will mattify.
