Whether Hardstyle or House, Showtek will always be awesome
Euphoric Angel least they coulda done was play FTS, instantly one of the best hardstyle tracks ever made, and you dont say something like "we live for hardstyle" without including it in their set every time... just doesnt seem right...

Nikolas Cordero i think its mainly because hardstyle isnt liked amongst most genres :p however ive never seen any other style party harder than a hardstyle party
Therevx1 I would agree that playing at least one of their Hardstyle tracks would be really nice. I'm going to be honest though, I do believe that an artist may want to try out other genres, or just decide to completely switch genres. Only if they believe if it's enjoyable to them. I heard that Showtek switched because that they weren't feeling accepted into the Hardstyle scene enough or less.
Plus I don't believe in the whole "money" accusation, at least for many artists.....
By the way regarding your reply to Nikolas, what about Hardcore? :p
Euphoric Angel ok yes hardcore is more hated than hardstyle lol, but i like all hard dance
I watch all Showtek performances 3-4 times a week, takes me out of whatever funk im in. I love the energy they bring every time.

Theres plenty of other options for you brotha, and yes, they switched their style up... but that doesnt mean you have to have an elitist mentality about it. They just switched from being popular in one genre to being one popluar in the other. They still make good music, although that not be youre cup of tea, does not mean theyre not still good at what they do...

Changed to make Big Room House which blows for the most Part. Like i said to Tiesto they left to make something pretty bland and saturated for EDM.
It's fine if their music changes because they do, not if there music changes because they want to make more money.
they knew there was more money in the more mainstream genre of electro thus decided to move away from the less popular hardstyle to go to more festivals, make popular songs that reach a wider audience=more money.
