That was the difference. Eve was a lover. l don't think he loved her.

A shame Lauren wasn't at this panel. That would be truly awkward.
One the one hand you could say Eve, since she was his First Lover.
On the other hand, you could say Chloe, since God made her for Lucifer and he states that he's never felt the way he does for her with anyone else.

She did some good things but she was very immature.
