OH MAN - don't make me have to choose ONE favorite moment! #impossible But, here are a few that stand out: 1. When you guys were in that mansion and Tony started getting the creepy giggles. Both hilarious and haunting! 2. When Zack was saying SOMETHING about wearing a full leather outfit and Austin BURST out laughing... it's the hardest (and most random time) I've ever seen Austin laugh. 3. I love the episodes where you guys share from your heart about how men can be emotional, how you need support, the stress that is automatically placed on you as men/husbands/fathers, etc. 4. All of your no-holds-barred episodes where you get real about sex. In particular, the debate between a half inch or a foot long. 5. Honestly, there are so many moments where I laugh til I cry - but one of the times that stand out is during the Darwin Awards. I believe Austin was telling the story of 2 drunk guys trying to get into a concert and got killed by their own vehicle. CONGRATS on 100 episodes!! Can't wait for the next 100!!!
Late coming to the scene and don't know if this has been mentioned but Scream is based on the Gainesville Ripper (Danny Roling) murders. They happened an hr away from where I grew up. I was in middle school at the time and my dad was the autopsy technician that handled the victims. He was also the autopsy tech that worked on Ted Bundy. I love horror movies but in my opinion a good horror movie doesn't have to have a lot of blood and gore but like Austin said it should stay with you. I like for it to be haunting and things you have to figure out for yourself. Things that are paranormal but can also be realistic. The ones that mess with your psyche.
Have you heard of McKamey Manor? It’s an "extreme" haunted attraction founded in San Diego by Russ McKamey and originally located on his property. The house operates year-round, offering visitors a tour that can last up to eight hours. Guests must sign a liability waiver to participate. I am not sure if it’s still running, but it sounds aggressive and horrifying. I don’t know why anyone would want to do it.
I never considered Constantine a horror movie. It didn’t scare me like a typical horror. I don’t know if it was because of the storyline and it had to do with angels and demons? The Nun on the other hand is a whole other story 😱 We had a scary nun at CCD that all the kids were afraid of so that movie freaks me out.
Poltergeist was scary. And there was weird things happened to the cast. Weird deaths. Deep dive Poltergeist. Jim Caveziel that played Jesus in The Passion of the Christ. He did have a lot of stuff that happened to him He is from my hometown. I saw the original Halloween My mom was pissed because I was 12 or 13 and she hated all scary movies.
Scariest dang thing that happened to me. I was 4 years old. We lived in an old house and I heard a noise and it went under my bed. I looked under my bed and saw glowing eyes. Scared the Bejesus out of me. I stood on my bed and screamed and launched myself into the middle of the room and took off running. My mom and dad came running and they looked under my bed. It was our stupid dog. She had gotten out of her enclosure in the kitchen. Dang dog took 10 years off my life and I still hate looking under my bed. My brother and sister still tease me and it has been over 50 years since it happened.
Loved the episode, The Strangers is creepy AF! I would add 'When A Stranger Calls' as a freaky/creepy film thats worth a watch. Lights out was another excellent one so i'm glad you talked about that! You said you thought you'd talk about 100 movies and I may have missed a couple but my count was 71 so not far off ha ha. Keep up the excellent work, would love some more paranormal stuff if you could make that happen 💙
I don't even watch horror films so this one isn't very relatable yet still interesting, just listening to y'all is always comical and very entertaining. Favorite podcast to listen to! Appreciate the shout-out as well, honored it came on #100. Crazy it's already been that many but congrats, that's certainly worthy of flowers and chocolates lol. Big milestone! 👏🏻
Got thinking some other good scary movies you may like - curtains,he knows your alone ,the final terror, dog soldiers ,clown house, mad man,the burning . I could list a lot more but I won't
Haven’t even started watching this yet and I already know this episode is going to be great love this podcast so much 🙌🏻💯 hope all of you have been great and healthy ‼️
I know this was awhile ago but #robinhood...I lost my brother 3 years ago to suicide, a couple days after finding out about his death both my other brother, our sister and I all had a dream with the brother we had lost tell us he was okay and that he loves us...to this day it makes me feel a little better knowing he isn't hurting any more, but doesn't make it easier. Please reach out to someone, get help, people will listen❤️
I am the "Chris" of my friend group. I don't like horror movies. Love suspense but paranormal messes me up for so long. Also to this day; because of Cabin Fever I can't drink water if there are little floaters in the water 😅
It's the same with growing your own garden. The vegetables from your own garden taste way better than the stores. And there is pride in being able to serve that to your family and knowing it's a better product.
I do not watch horror movies, but I did at one point when I was younger the Hell Raiser movies are scary. Have you seen them? They would fit in right at the top of the 13 top horror movies.
Austin at 37:10 what you’re thinking of is Forced Perspective. I agree I love the more creative ways filmmakers make movies. ROFL love that you mentioned the whole idea that people who say “the mom should’ve been paying closer attention” are people who don’t have kids lol that made my mind do a double take, because I’m one of those people and you did make an excellent point. It’s true that it’s impossible to give a child 1000 percent attention all the time, however, I would still make the argument that if you’re in a place with wild animals (yes, even the animals in a zoo are still technically wild as they have not been domesticated) the mom should’ve been more proactive about anticipating her child’s behavior. Don’t take this the wrong way, I know parenting is extremely hard, and its a learning process so mistakes are going to happen, that doesn’t mean it wasn’t her fault. It just means we need to be a little more understanding about it.
I woke up at 4am watching my sister's house alone and the strangers was on with knocking on the door and the volume was turned way up. I thought somebody was knocking on her door
The Rob Zombie remake of Halloween was really good. The original is my absolute favorite movie. The Russian Sleep Experiment is what you all were talking about. Where they kept the patients awake with gas
True fact the little girl who is being babysat by Amy and who was with Tommy in the very first Halloween movie she was so traumatized from that movie that she slept with her parents until she was 15yrs old. I seen her on a talk show and she was talking about it
The conjuring with the nun, scared me so bad. I had nightmares for weeks. At the time I worked at the mall and everyone dressed up and passed out candy. It was a really old mall and the elevator was super slow. This 6'5 tall big man dressed up just like her. And I got stuck on the elevator with him. I was literally shaking, could not look at him and couldn't get off that elevator fast enough. Come to find out I knew the guy and he got pure enjoyment out of terrifying me. What a d###head!
I agree with Austin that for a movie to be truly terrifying it needs to creep me even after it's over, of the few I've seen none have done that for me. One of my faves is A Quiet Place due to the lack of music so there's nothing to give away when the creatures are going to attack. I also enjoyed The Nun. The worst I've seen is Hereditary, so boring that I told my friend to wake me when something interesting happens. I gonna make a list of all movies you've mentioned and try to watch as many as possible 😀
My favorite episode is "Would you choose immortality if it meant going back 2000 years later", followed by the dumbest ways to die, The top 10 or top 5 of each host, then paranormal stories, and last but not least when you talk about true crime. Gotta say I always listen to those whenever I can't think of listening to anything while doing something.
3 am on Friday the 13th I'm watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre... the one made in 2003. "Hereditary" though has to be one of the darkest movies I've seen in a long time.
#Spoppy what is your favorite podcast to listen to besides your own? I love you guys and have listened to every episode repeatedly! You guys are so funny and I love the way you guys get along so well!
Linda Blair did a phenomenal job in the Exorcist! Some of the best classic horror movies (in my opinion, none of these were made in the 80's) Psycho (1960), The Exorcist (1973), and Rosemary's Baby (1968)!
I went to see the Amityville house during my honeymoon. Read the book and obviously much more scary, but I had waited over 30 years for that moment. Wish I could send the pic.
Ringu, Audition, REC, The Descent, Pulse, Lake Mungo, Poltergeist, The VVitch, Midsommar, Hereditary, Alien, The Thing, Tale of Two Sisters, 28 Days later, Babadook, Se7en, Jacobs Ladder etc are scarier than most of those movies. The only films that should stay on that list that high are the Exorcist and The Texas chainsaw Massacre. Seems like that list was made by someone that just found horror last week.
Don’t have a favourite episode off the top of my head. I enjoy em all. Love listening to you boys. You guys remind me of my own friends that’s why I resonate with this podcast. Keep up the great work fellas.
The first time I watched Insidious with my friend, but we both screamed at a certain part and could not finish the film! Eventually finished it at a later date, and Insidious was good, and it's the same with Sinister, their endings were rather, lame in comparison to the rest of the film. Not watched either of their sequels yet. The Conjuring 1&2 are terrifying, still to see 3! They're my favourite horrors of the recent years. I was surprised that the Grudge wasn't on that list, that was terrifying! That and The Ring, I cannot watch myself, tried once with The Ring, was like noooope. #spoopy Edit: Favourite moments. Back in your Conspiracy Theories one, Tony's phone tone with the Scream, was hilarious and I shat myself too! Favourite episodes: I really liked the Grinds my gears, it's all so relatable, especially the stuff about customer service! My other favourite was the Dreams one, I learned so much about that one! The talk about Music was a fun one, the Darwin awards ones! Really like the Conspiracy theory ones, I love seeing Cam getting so hyped up! Reallly loved the On location one, tied with Men Try!

Tony was a trip, you could see in his face the laugh before he even started laughing. made me LOL.. gotta do more of the haunted ones... love ya all.... Moe..(Maureen)
I want to know what list you're looking at? The list I saw says Alien is number one, and others are different. Halloween should totally be near the top of that list, if not at the top. It's one of my favorites and it still scares me. Movies that don't use CGI are so much scarier. I personally haven't seen a newer movie that has scared me. Though I saw all the behind-the-scenes and making of The Exorcist, it still scared the crap out of me. You can tell the bad makeup job on her face, and where it's like peeling up. I don't do good with that subject.
#spoopy, what makes a scary movie good for me is that it scares the person I am watching it with as I anticipate and laugh at them. Their horrified screams or looks is the best!
the watcher on netflix is a must to watch it is based on a true story and the owner of the house shot all his family went to his sons game they both came home then he shot his son it scared the crap out of me
One movie that totally freaked me out and scared me to the max was The Entity it's a movie from 1982 its about the paranormal omg i had to leave my lights on as soon as that movie was over. I think it scared me so much cuz I had my own Paranormal experiences. All u guys should watch it but it not a move for kids tho oh and it's based on a true story
I have a list of horror movies you should watch. Dream catcher Beast of bray road And big bad wolf (this one's kind of a B movie and might take a little searching to find)
The Purge & US I thought were modern day scary.....but on Netflix - season 2 is out but I haven't watched it yet but season 1 was great....Locke & Key. You gotta watch it
#Spoopy. Have you ever seen a horror/thriller movie that was predictable? I find Identity and 1408 with John Cusack and Secret Window (Stephen King) with Johnny Depp to be really good in the genre of twisted thrillers. But I agree with Tony on The Conjuring, it’s easily in my top 5, along with It: the remake.
#spoopy I am not one for those slasher movies, but I do enjoy a scary movie sometimes. I might have to go and rewatch some of these. Great podcast, guys! Love and hugs from Norway!
#spoopy, i personally dont think any of the movies on the list were scary...however when i was little a movie that i was the scariest was jeepers creepers or children of the corn🤷♀️, anyway love the podcast
I am like Chris and don’t watch horror movies at all (I have only seen The Ring and the shining from this list), but I was determined to watch the exorcist… I was so bored… it was one of the lamest movies I have ever seen. My dad still talks about seeing it at the movies and how scary it was
Lol idk who it was making the little piano theme to Halloween but I don't like you.😂 I'm chopping veggies and had a mini stroke hearing it. I live right off Elm Street and my father is constantly pranking me saying Mike Meyers lives in my basement. I'll stop by his house and walk in to him playing the theme song on his piano, on his guitar. One year he dressed up JUST LIKE Michael Meyers and scared the crap out of me at 4am. (We have coffee every morning on weekends).
OH MAN - don't make me have to choose ONE favorite moment! #impossible But, here are a few that stand out: 1. When you guys were in that mansion and Tony started getting the creepy giggles. The Town That Dreaded Sundown (1976)….scared the crap out of me!!!

The actress who played Dominic Toretto's sister Mia Toretto is Jordana Brewster.

Wohoooo! You guys are the ONLY thing keeping me happy. Let’s see what this podcast will bring
I loved Zack's believe it or not that last story really awesome
Another scary movie series that you should watch is "The Woman in Black" series (the first one has Daniel Radcliffe in it)
Can't wait to see what y'all have planned for the Halloween episode
Another funny The Shining spoof is the SouthPark episode where Randy buys the video store. Such a classic. 😂😂😂
I am the "Chris" of my friend group. I don't like horror movies. Love suspense but paranormal messes me up for so long. Also to this day; because of Cabin Fever I can't drink water if there are little floaters in the water 😅

Nothing beats old school horror movies, love old school special effects, not cgi

The Rob Zombie remake of Halloween was really good. The original is my absolute favorite movie.

Rob Zombie Trilogy, terrifying House of 1000 corpses, The devil's rejects and 3 from hell. 👻👻👻
Cannot wait for this. Loving the spooky videos❤️❤️

Nightmare on elm street. Right after the scene with the toy phone ringing. My phone rang
I went to see the Amityville house during my honeymoon. Read the book and obviously much more scary, but I had waited over 30 years for that moment. Wish I could send the pic.

You should also do the top jump scares!
Anyone see ‘Antichrist’ ? Sweet mother of god , epic plot twist, creepy, weird, disgusting 🤢, and afterwards you can’t get it out of your head.
Halloween is and will always be my favorite horror movies except part 3 cuz it had nothing to do with Michael Myers
Wrong Turn and The Hills Have Eyes and Texas Chainsaw Massacre terrified me to the core! The creepy backwoods movies are what really get me.
My uncle died of Cancer and his hunting dog quit eating because he missed my uncle. The dog really did die.
Y’all need to look at the “When We Were Young” festival in Las Vegas
I watched “Scream” for the first time last night, and LOVED it!!!!
I watched Scream when it came out, I was 12, and I absolutely loved it. To this day, it’s up there as one of my favourite films.
#spoopy
Edit: Favourite moments. Back in your Conspiracy Theories one, Tony's phone tone with the Scream, was hilarious and I shat myself too! In the Cecil Hotel one, Tony saying to Zach 'You're asleep', then later when Cam is agreeing with The Hotel draws in evil, then classes Tony and Zach as one collective being!
The Omen scared the heck out of me as a pre-teen.
ALL WORK AND NO PLAY. MAKES JACK A DULL BOY! The Shinning #1!! Kubricks and the miniseries.
Just here to remind you that horror is subjective.
Friday the 13th part 3 in 3D was scary to me. Eyeballs popping into your face. Jeepers Creepers was a little scary but not terrible. My mom would not let us watch the exorcist. As an adult I still have not watched it.
Just before dawn and silent scream orig.
Watch Veronica. It's subtitles but it's worth it. Also Creep is a great and there's a 2nd that isn't bad, Silent Hill, Insidious is terrifying for me, As Above so Below, The Decent, I could go on forever because I love horror movies. And same Tony, I saw The Exorcist when I was 10!! My grandmother let me and my cousins watch it. Me and my cousins all slept in the same bed that night! Mama is a freaky movie too.
I don’t get horror films. Real life is way scarier 🤣 Happy 101!
can't pick. found you guys about 2 months ago, went back to watch from the start. and learned about ladys and Cams and Austins channel so catching up on them now. tho I can't pick just one, I can pick my favorite scene/scenario was at the haunted mansion. Tony was a trip, you could see in his face the laugh before he even started laughing. made me LOL.. gotta do more of the haunted ones... love ya all.... Moe..(Maureen)

I don't do good with that subject.
#spoopy, what makes a scary movie good for me is that it scares the person I am watching it with as I anticipate and laugh at them. Their horrified screams or looks is the best!
LOVE THE PODCAST AND YOU GUYS #SPOOPY 😂🙌🏻
You guys should watch The Devil inside. That is an exorcist movie that TERRIFIED me and I've seen all the others, including the original.
My top was the haunted house from last year. That was a lot of fun.
the watcher on netflix is a must to watch it is based on a true story and the owner of the house shot all his family went to his sons game they both came home then he shot his son it scared the crap out of me
I watched the remake of IT at a drive-in. It was super scary and so much fun!
I remember when my parents had betamax and i watched The Bed and it scared the shit out of me
I love suspence horror movies and The Conjouring is one of my favorites but it is NOT scarier than The Omen or The Exorcist.
You need to watch the original movie "When a stranger calls". Good and scary!
1989 while pregnant I watched pet cemetery at the drive in
My #1 favorite has to be 12 inches or 1/2 inch
Just started watching but top moment... Cam arguing Burger King and being right! Best moment
The changeling is my all time favorite scary movie!
I have a list of horror movies you should watch.
Dream catcher
Beast of bray road
And big bad wolf (this one's kind of a B movie and might take a little searching to find)
The Purge & US I thought were modern day scary.....but on Netflix - season 2 is out but I haven't watched it yet but season 1 was great....Locke & Key. You gotta watch it

I find Identity and 1408 with John Cusack and Secret Window (Stephen King) with Johnny Depp to be really good in the genre of twisted thrillers. But I agree with Tony on The Conjuring, it’s easily in my top 5, along with It: the remake.
I have a kid and I am still one that cries over a death of an animal over human. Not a nasty monkey trying to kill monkey amy but dogs and cats
I know I'm late but the scary movie I love is jeepers keepers
#spoopy I am not one for those slasher movies, but I do enjoy a scary movie sometimes. I might have to go and rewatch some of these. Great podcast, guys! Love and hugs from Norway!
The Leprechaun was the dumbest movie. My nephew and I were laughing so hard.
the first "The Strangers"
The titanic episode is still my fave 🎉
Surprised there was no zombie movies or 28 days later
#spoopy, i personally dont think any of the movies on the list were scary...however when i was little a movie that i was the scariest was jeepers creepers or children of the corn🤷♀️, anyway love the podcast
For movie IT then book was best. Creepier and monster left to imagination. Then the TV version.
I was disappointed on the latest theater version.
I am like Chris and don’t watch horror movies at all (I have only seen The Ring and the shining from this list), but I was determined to watch the exorcist… I was so bored… it was one of the lamest movies I have ever seen.
My dad still talks about seeing it at the movies and how scary it was
#Spoopy How about watching both the original and remake horror movies, just the first one only and do a Top 10 or debate which is the best.
Yes chaps....One hundred. Well done chaps. Heres to another hundred. 💕. My favourite is when you are cheeky!
I turned it off when he dissed Chucky.
Zac cannot give an opinion about Insidious unless he watched them he hasn't even watched a whole movie lol and he's crazy it was a good movie
The list should have Halloween
Some of the movies you are talking about I love but some are stupid also. The happening was so so bad. The last airbender I loved!!!!
Anytime I've tried to watch pet cemetery the original or remake I've have always fallen asleep, and I've tried multiple times, I don't like it!
I agree about Bly Manor. It was a waste of time #spoopy
I LOVE TIM BURTEN!!!!
Scariest for me is the exorcist..I can't watch it period.
My mom would not let us watch it and even as an adult I still have never seen it.
Jennifer tate, is who yall are talking about
Stephen King Rose Red
