Natasa, I'm really at a loss for words. For what you create, for your SHARING it, TEACHING it, "giving away" your ideas, your work. Not many people are like that. You are an INCREDIBLY talented, gifted teacher. Not everyone has the gift of teaching even if they do great work. You are very clear, explain well, have a calming voice, give us confidence(me)! even write out the directions! You are such a beautiful person inside and out and I proudly call you my TEACHER! Thank you so much and God bless you!
Exactly! Teachers are born, not made! To be a great teacher you need passion-for teaching, for your subject matter, for your students, for learning and for sharing. Natasa, you are and have all these qualities.
As I always said, you are awesome and the way you explain everything, makes me feel that I can make a beautiful gift for who ever love handmade goodies and for myself 🥰. Thanks for sharing your sweetness, love and joy for beautiful moments in life!!!
Thank you for taking the time to do the video and for making the checklist. Helps put things into perspective and not so overwhelming. Your work is absolutely beautiful. You've been blessed with such a gift of talent, teaching, and love of crafting. Thank you for sharing.
These are such gorgeous journals. You make me believe that I can do this. Thank you so much for sharing all of your talent. You are so easy to follow and understand and speak clearly without any of that annoying background music ☺♥
Agreed! 🌸 I hate background music, as well. It takes my concentration away from what’s being done & I’ve, at times, stopped the video before it’s finished.😠
I have to say, I love the idea of the waxed thread. I'm sure that's much more durable than just plain embroidery floss. (That's something that has always bothered me). Also, I've always saved cards because I liked the image, or for sentimentality, but I've never thought of using them in a journal. Thanks for the great ideas and thanks for letting us see you finish this lovely journal. ❤️
Good morning!! I love every time you go through how you pick the papers for your signatures, it helps to hear other people's thought process, or at least it certainly helps me because I get so indecisive! Thank you!!!
Oooooh! If got so excited to see that you had another video up❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ Thank you Natasha, you are my favorite favorite channel. I just love your style! I love your box of papers. I always wonder how to organize my stash, which is growing very quickly. Just this morning I went to a yard sale and got some old farmers almanacs, science encyclopedia, stamps, blank cards and envelopes, a wooden box, some lace, washi tape, spatula for spreading gesso or something, for less then $20.00. And a big stack of papers.
Natasa, yet another sweet Treasure Book. Just want to let you know that the package with the small journals and your precious "early on" journal have finally arrived today and I love them all!
I am so happy you don't just assume that everybody knows how to do this and how you go step-by-step and explain things so clearly. I've been working on junk journals for 2 years now and I am nowhere near your expertise. So I love that you go through and do some things over and over again
Thank you for doing this tutorial. Finding the right pages to put in the journal and arranging them can be frustrating at times but your tips put it in order and it makes sense. 🙂❤
This is great Natasha - I enjoy your channel so much. Your DIY embellishment videos are my go-to tutorials when I need a reminder of how to do something with what I have on hand.
Natasha, thank you for this and all of your tutorial’s! You are indeed a gifted lady and I truly appreciate how you share yourself and your talents so freely. I am still working on my cheesecloth cover but it is coming along. Thank you, hugs and blessings, ❤️🤗🇨🇦
Absolutely Stunning both journals thanks for sharing the finished work on the 2nd journal it’s very pretty love the ideal to stagger the pages & when beautiful pages can be put together to keep the image. Your ideals are helpful all the time. Now I can keep my beautiful pages whole without the folds or cutting them in half!! Thanks so much sharing you are an excellent teacher with much patience’s. Thanks again for sharing 🥳❣️
I'm so happy in finding your tutorials finally not only easy to understand but guide lines and showing how to....Thank you so much in sharing your amazing talent....thank you thank you....
Always so inspiring Natasa !!! 🥰 I've finally learned to sew dear because of you!! My husband bought me a brother sewing machine and I'm soooo very driven by all your teachings and cant say thank you enough 🤗❤ hugs !!!
Stunning! You always do great justice with your channel's name.... Always creating books containing treasure that is handmade and much more precious than jewels. I am truly not having enough words to describe your efforts and creativity. This was just gorgeous to watch.... And your hardwork is just at another level. Creating journals, listing instructions, embellishing pages, shooting the video, editing, uploading..... I just wanted to convey a large thanks to you for enlightening me with all this creativity & innovation ❤️ Love from India.....
Thank you so much Ishita. I can't even tell you how many hours this video took to film, edit and do all the work. Over 10 hours! And that's not including the video where I did the covers. It doesn't seem like it when the video is edited down to 30 minutes, when I have over hour and a half of footage. Anyway, thank you for noticing and writing these words. It is very much appreciated.
I just want to say a HUGE thank you for your videos.💕 The way you explain things has given me enough confidence to push my perfectionism to the side (or try!) And focus on creating my own, very first junk journal.👌📔
Hello Natasha, I'm late on catching up with my video watching, but just wanted to say that your journals are so inspiring. I can only dream of being able to own one of those beautiful journals you make. Anyway, thanks so much for your patient teaching, I sincerely appreciate it very much. Take care. Sincerely Becky B from Arkansas
Natasha I wish that I had seen this video before I did any of my junk journals. I'm just a beginner so I've only made two completed journals and I'm working on my third. But it is not sold together yet so I will be able to use some of your ideas. I can't thank you enough for your help. Bless you and your family
As you know Natasha, I am one of your biggest fans! Your videos are always so concise and so easy to learn from. I wonder if you’ve ever considered a video on how you film your journals. I’m sure a lot of us would love that. I like to film my completed journals to my Facebook page but they are usually so horrible I don’t. Thanks for sharing your wonderful techniques with us!
@@TreasureBooks your videos look so professional. Do you use a certain tripod and light ring for filming? And yes probably the editing. Do you use an app for editing. Thank you for sharing. And you are a natural behind the camera!
So many wonderful ideas! 💖 Thank you for the meticulous way you work , it shows you care and love what you are doing. Explaining things I'm sure you have before but for us newbies finding this craft. Ever stitch in a piece of favorite fabric that can be journal stitched later? 😀💗🇨🇦🌷

Thanks for the tip on making wider papers. Where do you find stationery papers such as you use? Pretty paper is hard to find. I wish I could create with simplicity. I tend to overdo and feel like I must decorate every page. I love the way you put your journals together.
Thankyou so much! I have pre made embelishments but hadn't even thought of doing it with journal pages as well. It's a great idea! I'm in Australia as well and am wondering, do you have to buy your waxed thread online? Or have you found a shop that sells it? I wax crochet thread myself because I couldn't find any already done. I absolutely love the way you've done the covers!
Can I please make a video request? I would love for you to share where you get your supplies from besides thrift stores for Australians? I cannot always afford Amazon and eBay as their shipping costs can be pricey and can’t access them. I would love to know if you have any favourite stores for basic supplies or specialty paper crafty stores you’d be willing to share with us. Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and I hope you take my video request into consideration. Hope you’re safe and well during this lockdown 👍✌️🙏❤️

The “dabber” you showed is called and ink blending tool. You can now get the sponges in a “domed” shape. Makes for very smooth blending.

Hi Monica, a signature in this context is when you fold pages in half and then stack them together, making a little booklet.

I purchased it from KaiserCraft directly.
@@TreasureBooks can you tell me the name of the paper collection it comes from so that I know what to looks for?
