At last an attical on the only p 61 that may fly .I cant even think of haw much money and efort it took to make it this far, Thank to all who made this happond.
I visited Mid-Atlantic from Toronto 5 or 6 years ago and asked the usual question. When will it be done? The answer was prompt and simple. "about a million dollars from now" . As always these projects are driven by the availability of funding. The P-61 is looking great and I hope to visit again soon.

We live @10 minutes from the museum...definitely worth a trip..especially during their WWII Weekend 👌...we're excited to have the P-61 !!

Have they figured out the low-octane fuel problem yet? The P-61's engines were designed to run on higher octane fuel than what is available today.
Not sure. Hopefully it won’t be an issue.
