The sapphire vs acrylic difference stated by you is spot on. Thank you 👍

My 1st 1963 was defective. My replacement with the sapphire sandwich and the swan’s neck regulator still runs fine. It is an infrequent wear as it is delicate. Mine is exact same as yours. Fine vid. Thanks

Acquired one earlier this year. A basic 40mm, sapphire crystal and NO gooseneck.
Changed out the strap for a light blue suede strap to match the hands. Which changes the look completely
    Keep the great videos coming

Have had pin and collar and none of those tools would shift it on multiple links , ended up putting a leather strap on and yes I’ve adjusted dozens of bracelets without a problem . Maybe just the one I had had an issue with.

TBH, I expected a more thorough testing than just one measurement in one position on the timegrapher.
Suggestion: Measure in different positions, with chronograph both stopped and running, and day-to-day worn accuracy, again with chronograph stopped and running for a given amount (let's say, the full 30 minutes).

I got very lucky with mine it’s only 1-2 seconds per day slow which is incredible. I think tuning it might actually be worth it if it’s 10 seconds fast.

I've had mine for about 3 years and it's just started to gain a bit more time (about +15 s/d from its initial + 5s/d). Not enough to worry about but, even if it was, I can't work out how to get the caseback off. Would appreciate any advice you might have to offer.
    Excellent video. Subscribed. Cheers 🍻!

I just grabbed mine, I got the back to unscrew with a rubber case back ball.

You know why there is a big chrome ring around it (known as bezel) |?
    Because this is 38mm.
Check 40mm version. It`s much much better regarding the propotions.
Acrylic get scraches even if you look at it.

I’ve checked the 40mm, not a fan of the lug to lug on those as I have smaller wrists.

The problem is the movement is unserviceable. The ring is called a bezel lol.
