Lonicera caerulea blue honeysuckle,fly honeysuckle, honeyberry, haskap, amazing boreal edible fruit

i have boreal blizzard, aurora, nimfa, vostorg, jugana and honeysuckle varieties and they taste ok i guess.. the main problem i have with them, is that even if they turn blue, they still arent fully ripe yet.
