I’m not a Columbus fan but I’m rooting for them to do well this year for Johnny Gaudreau. Go Columbus Blue Jackets that’s what he will want. He will be like an extra player or luck on ice in spirit
My heart aches for Sean Monahan! I feel bad that he even needs to be asked this question. He needs to grieve this huge loss privately with the people closest to him! Pulling for the Blue Jackets to do well this year!!!
My prayers are with you Sean. I had the pleasure of talking with you in 2016 outside of Gila River Arena in AZ. Your as humble as they come. Sending you strength my friend.
We’ve been waiting for Sean to speak for the first time since Johnny passed. As a Calgarian we watched these two guys play their hearts out and watched them both grow up as young teens to become the players and best friends they have become. They stayed best friends all these years even when Sean was traded and his injuries caused his points to go down and was so happy he’s started to get his game back to return to the duo to play again and that last dance was taken away by that drunk driver who doesn’t even feel guilty for what he has done. His heart is so broken and forever will miss Johnny hockey. We all miss him and still can’t believe he’s gone.
Grief absolutely sucks. Stay strong Sean Monahan. I will never forget the force that you and Johnny were here in Calgary. 🧡.
Our hearts are with you Sean. Much love from mtl

There will always something missing, You can never say the right thing.
Good job, very nicely said!
Absolute terrible loss for sure.. Get out there and do your thing Sean,, Johnny would want that!
It’s even rougher on Monny than on most people. A total tragedy. 😢
There is no words
Class act
Always has been. I am grateful for the two years I got to see him in a Canadiens sweater. Damn good hockey player.
I will also be rooting for the Columbus Blue jackets, especially now that they signed James Van riemsdyk. Former Toronto player
I’m a lifelong Flames fan and I’ve decided to adopt Columbus as my second fav team.
Media should be ashamed for even asking this question. You know the answer before you even ask.
Should've stayed in Winnipeg, Sean! They even bought out somebody to be able to keep you!
Why make him speak on this? Gross
It also sucks that he went there to play with him and now he’s not there anymore because a stupid drunk driver
