FIM Hard Enduro World Championship hits Wales - let's scope out the prologue

Walters Arena in South Wales became the host for round 1 of the 2024 FIM Hard Enduro World Championship, this event has been eagerly awaited by myself and many other hard enduro competitors and fans, as this is the first time the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship has taken place in the United Kingdom.
So of course, I had to grab my helmet and jumped straight onto a Harley Davidson Breakout and made my way to Walters Arena to see some of the world’s best riders roar into action.
In this video I will take you on the Harley Davidson Breakout ride, explain how the FIM Championship works and of course some epic up close, first hand footage of the carnage.

Walters Arena, what a place and so immediately recognisable. I agree that dry days are rare in the Black Mountain area and tracks in the arena are soooo slippery in places. Great explanation of the Hard Enduro category, although I fear my wife will always win the number of little black dresses requirement over yet another bike in the garage. Look forward to your videos of the upcoming trip to India on the new RE Himalayan.

I know this is a strange question but I saw this video tonight and I really like your black pants. Are they riding pants. If so by who. I’ve been looking for one but not have the pads stick out everywhere and have them a little snug. Any suggestions?

I love these kind of events, riding... no racing through all sorts of terrain with all sorts of surfaces and challenges. On a dry track like this one I guess they need to shoo all the cats away from doing what cats do when they see areas to bury that number 2. You don't want Garfield clinging to your helmet visor while racing... or any other time for that matter.
