One Star: High quality cooking
A restaurant that is highly sought after during the summer months thanks to its delightful urban terrace dotted with verdant trees and bushes. Here, chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, who is well supported by his kitchen team, focuses on Mediterranean-based cuisine featuring modern techniques and meticulous presentation, showcased on a single 11-course surprise menu that is gradually revealed by staff as if they were unveiling a secret. Dishes change according to the availability of seasonal ingredients with the exception of one or two that are mainstays throughout the year, such as “sweetcorn velouté flavoured with lobster, truffle and a bergamot espuma”. A gastronomic experience in which guests should also sit back and savour some of the tasting menu’s superb wine pairings!
