Goodness! This is fantastic! Not just the demonstration of the progression but the intuition you bring as a teacher! Also fantastic parents! Really appreciate your channel!
DUDE! I just did it! I’m so stoked. Thank you so much for this video. I just (as a 30-year-old) shouted out of joy. Haha. This is hugely helpful as I’ve been working on my tuck handstand against the wall this whole year so far. In case this helps anyone: I was stuck with the elbows on my knees and literally could not lift my knees off my elbows. Realized I was putting my head too far forward. Once I brought my head a bit closer I got it on the first attempt with the new form! Thank you again!
⚠️ Update: 37 Sec headstand (Newest personal record) I watched the video was extremely inspired. I put everything I learned from this video and started practicing it. In just 10 days I am able to do headstands without any problems. Extremely happy with the results. Need more videos like this Note: I am a complete beginner too. ✌️Thank you & very Grateful to @BrenVez and his parents!!!
They did a really great job!!! Especially with double masks impairing their breathing. Kudos to them and u for teaching them! Love to see our parents more active🍊
Thank you so much!! Great explanation, all the important details included! Have nailed it at the first try - it was the first time for ages that I did the “jeah I did it move“ right after :)) ..now my wrists & head hurt... ;) Thank you very much!!
I tried it your way !!!!! It worked amazingly well and I did it until both the knees are on elbows.... haven't dared to go beyond it.... probably will practice the same a bit more to gain confidence... Thanks! 🙏🏼
Fantastic Vidya! Yes that is a sticking point for most people- get confident with your forward roll bails, then it won't be so scary. When you do start working the knees off the elbows, remember to be VERY PATIENT, and just try to hover them slightly above the elbows. Work on it just a few minutes every day, and when you can do that for around 30 seconds, you'll find lifting the legs higher is no problem.
Beautiful and effective! You are a fantastic teacher! Also, your parents are adorable!
