- We are Dani (daughter) and Sherry (Mom) and we flip furniture but in this video, Dani and her youngest daughter, Sammy, do an extreme DIY beachy bedroom makeover for Sammy’s 14th birthday. Sammy’s bedroom consisted of all her middle school favorites: posters of her favorite boy band, pictures of various farm animals and all things Harry Potter. Now that she is in high school, she wanted a new room to reflect a cohesive and more grown up style. Her inspiration for her new room? Her favorite place: the BEACH!

What a terrific bedroom makeover! I watched the videos of the individual projects as you posted them and knew the results would be wonderful. How clever you thought outside the box with the wallpaper! I think the coolest element is the treatment you did on the little bedside table. It really is like a bit of the beach is there in her room.

Love this! All of it came out terrific! Kudos to Mr SCO for coming through with the painting help and Sherry with the wallpaper assist. Wallpaper is so challenging (esp here in the desert) but you pulled it off and it definitely looks like waves. Love it all, but the frame and headboard are so creative. Perfect space for a teenage girl! Great work family!
