First one is nice vacation home.
Second one is the largest home for the money. No need to upgrade anything but no ocean view.
The last one is my favorite Spanish style home.. what SB is all about. But desperately needs a swimming pool.

The first home could use some fresh light Saltillo tile on the floors. I’m not sure what that outside shower is about. I like the privacy from the street. Interesting little S. B. Style home.

What a beautiful front yard 😊. I Love the columns and the style of the outside of this house. I really like How they kept the original feeling of this house with all the upgrades they did 😊. The primary room was absolutely stunning 🤩. Awesome ADU. Beautiful backyard with a nice pool.
I could live here and be happy but I do agree that the price seemed high.

One of my favorite jobs was working at the El Encanto Hotel when I was in high school. I remember taking room service to some of these beautiful cottages.
Pretty much anything with the El Encanto feeling would make me happy in S. B. What an awesome place to call home 🏡. The outside part of living in Santa Barbara is so important because of the wonderful weather. I Love This Home.

No, they are not. The main house and the two cottages were carved off of the Ellen condo property and they created a small HOA so the cottages are independent units. The property just got a price reduction. If you have any interest in talking about it, please give me a call. 805-886-5735.
#1 converted garage was not a big plus. Better to have car parking and stuff storage than shrine to laundry. #2 Thought it was funny that agent thought the ladder to the attic was a selling feature at this price point! #3 Ah! Number 3! Lovely fountain and tile roof. Perfection however, requires a pool. Great tour ! Thank you!

I think it was a bad idea to have changed the garage the way they did on that first property. I would want to keep my car out of the elements. There wasn’t much you could do with what they did anyhow. And an outdoor shower at the edge of a property with no pool? One could argue if you came from the beach, you would shower off. I’m sure most of the sand is already in the floorboard of the card to got you to the property. That last property was spectacular!

Not into old houses, scratch #1. House two was spectacular, beautifully finished, just a little large. Not sure what I'd do with all that living space between the family room, living room, sun room, etc. You gotta throw a lot of parties I guess. The third one was interesting, great courtyard and nice to have a triple garage with all that parking. Another great entertaining/hosting house. Thanks for the tour.
