I agree. FTIsland is just so laidback, I guess. I mean, I don't think they are being promoted the way the other groups are because they are not a BOYBAND, they're a band, just like CNBlue. They can't be compared to SUJU, or to SHINee, or to Big Bang because they don't sing and dance; THEY PLAY THEIR SONGS. And it is really amazing. They are amazing. So yeah, they should be given more attention.
There are so many great singers out there w/ undeniably unique & beautiful voices but my freaking gosh, Hongki’s vocals are pure heaven to my ears. PURE HEAVEN. Every time I hear him sing, I suddenly feel like crying. Not because it’s a sad song or because I’m in a bad mood but simply because his vocals are so powerful & so full of passion. I love & admire his ability to incorporate his emotions into a song. I can literally feel it & it’s amaaazing; something that not all great singers can do. ♥

FT Island is really underrated in Korea; they have so much talent! ft island is the only kpop group I LOVE. I really like it that their group has more of a unique 'rock-band' concept instead of the annoying typical pretty boys, dancy and flashy kind of theme. Thanks to their music, facing depression isn't as difficult anymore:)
