- For all you pun lovers.....there ya go. But Ya gotta give me a thumbs up or a comment as a thank you since I didn't spell my viral video title " If I hadn't caught it on video you wouldn't have BEElieved me"
Y'all killed the comments section with that. Too darn funny.
Welcome back everyone to another episode with Yappy Beeman. This one is sure to ....... amaze ? Gross you out? I don't know which but I can say I had some messy fun with it.
So here's the story. I got a phone call from a friend at a local fire dept. They were training in a house set to be demolished and bees were found coming in and out of a small hole on the side of the house. This friend happens to keep bees and let me know about them. I was happy to come remove them and give them a new home so they wouldn't be destroyed with the house. As well as to make it safe for the guys at the fd while training.
I had no idea what a disaster the house would be in though. The sign at the front door was nothing to describe what I found inside this place. But either way, the bees had to be removed and I got them.
I hope you enjoy the fun. Please don't forget to like the vid and help it get shared so others can see there are options to have bees removed and not have to kill them.
Honeybees can always be dangerous and it is not recommended to attempt to remove them with experience with bees or construction knowledge.
I hope you enjoy this little bit of fun. I enjoy your feedback in the comments and thank you for taking the time to check out my channel. Until the next time, enjoy the show.
Yappy Beeman is a professional bee remover performing live honey bee removals in Alabama as "Alabama Bee Rescue" and relocates them to apiaries away from residential areas so they can rebuild and thrive as a honey bee colony producing honey. Yappy is an Alabama Beekeepers association member that has performed over 1000 live bee removals. Yappy with the help of his great friends Jpthebeeman, 628 Dirtrooster bees, Jeff Horchoff and many others, I have learned many skills to remove bee swarms and honey bee colonies safely for the bees and home owners alike.

Here is a little bee educational material for ya.
Africanized honey bees (known colloquially as "killer bees") are hybrids between European stock and the East African lowland subspecies A. m. scutellata; they are often more aggressive than European honey bees and do not create as much of a honey surplus, but are more resistant to disease and are better foragers.[23] Accidentally released from quarantine in Brazil, they have spread to North America and constitute a pest in some regions. However, these strains do not overwinter well, so they are not often found in the colder, more northern parts of North America. The original breeding experiment for which the East African lowland honey bees were brought to Brazil in the first place has continued (though not as originally intended). Novel hybrid strains of domestic and re-domesticated Africanized honey bees combine high resilience to tropical conditions and good yields. They are popular among beekeepers in Brazil.
Honey bees appear to have their center of origin in South and Southeast Asia (including the Philippines), as all the extant species except Apis mellifera are native to that region. Notably, living representatives of the earliest lineages to diverge (Apis florea and Apis andreniformis) have their center of origin there.[7]
The first Apis bees appear in the fossil record at the Eocene-Oligocene boundary (34 mya), in European deposits. The origin of these prehistoric honey bees does not necessarily indicate Europe as the place of origin of the genus, only that the bees were present in Europe. Few fossil deposits are known from South Asia, the suspected region of honey bee origin, and fewer still have been thoroughly studied.
No Apis species existed in the New World during human times before the introduction of A. mellifera by Europeans. Only one fossil species is documented from the New World, Apis nearctica, known from a single 14 million-year-old specimen from Nevada.[8]
The close relatives of modern honey bees - e.g., bumblebees and stingless bees - are also social to some degree, and social behavior seems a plesiomorphic trait that predates the origin of the genus. Among the extant members of Apis, the more basal species make single, exposed combs, while the more recently evolved species nest in cavities and have multiple combs, which has greatly facilitated their domestication. - Навчання та стиль
What do y'all think about the new edit style? I would love feedback on your thoughts. Thanks for the input.
I think your content is great and is getting better.
@@Solisdagod thank you. I'm definitely having more fun with it. Thank you for the input.
Very cool video and editing also the music was cool!
I dig it! The flashing rainbow bit was a little abrasive, but not bad at all. I'd only be cognizant not to lose your down-to-earth vibes in the music and the editing cuts. But the use of that style for the intro worked great. The double montage was pretty funny, too.
its all so great! gives a different vibe but has more personality, completely lovely
My dad was a beekeeper since I was old enough to remember until I was about 20. We moved to follow his job from Iowa to S. Dakota to Illinois. I remember going down south to Mississippi to get broods. These videos remind me of him. RIP Dad.
My man just vibe checks a beehive by stickin his finger in there.
You, sir, are a true legend.
I found this channel a couple days ago and have been binging it ever since I now have an even greater appreciation for bees
What you do is fascinating, and your edits are quite good. I enjoy the music. I think you have a naturalist charisma and I'm glad I stumbled over your channel and can subscribe. How does the shop-vac store bees safely on the other end of the suction? Why did the bees not get angry during the exposure of their home to 'the elements' (even though it was technically indoors).
The vac is specifically designed for this work. Any reg type vac would kill the bees collected.
Thanks to your calm teachings, myself and my 2 year old held bumble bees (wild) during this summer, never knew they were so soft.
Randy told me he wants that recliner, could you hook him up? Also, he could use the ice trays as well. God's peace brother.
He's already called wanting the address to this place. I told him Okie Rob had first dibs. Bwahahaha.
This guy deserves his own TV show!
That queen was in such a good mood that even after you started working she was willing to waltz around without being bundled up under her girls!
I love how respectful you are of the bees, love your videos keep posting love learning new things especially about their different scents amazing 🤩 thank you Yappy💕🐝💕
My pleasure.
These bees understand him and know he means no harm, I think. He is telepathic!
My man literally put his hand out to the bees like he was introducing himself to a dog. That's just wild
Hello! I found your channel while I was having bad anxiety a few days back. I have since discovered your bee videos help with my anxiety. So, thanks man!
Wow.....that's awesome. Glad it could help out some.
U litterally just read my mind of What i was gonna comment
@@YappyBeeman Big fan
The same here. The buzzing relaxes me
@@ratimiras yea. And it's all so calmly explained. No need to worry about anything, just look at the bees and learn.
Yappy, your bee 🐝 adventures are interesting and educational to view. You really are amazing and the work you do is important. I look forward to every video. I am hooked! Thank you.
Thank you for the support. I enjoy this and hope others see that bees are a necessity and don't need to be killed.
I can watch bee videos all day but that roach made me jumpy ewwww
If he talks this way to bees, I can imagine how sweetly he talks to his loved ones.
I’m surprised you didn’t find more critters than just bees in that place. I like the 70’s tv show music. lol
It was in honor of that fridge and probably how old some of that food was.
The bee whisperer
I learned more in your video about how to find the Queen than my Bee club meetings! 😄 Most people do not know how to teach! Thank you very much.
Love your videos, I've been binging back-logs and it's fun to see how much better at pacing and editing you've gotten. So enjoyable, and THANK YOU for saving bees!
It's been a progression for sure. Just trying to give them what they want. Figuring it out is the hard part.
Your editing was on point. It’s clear you spent quite a while getting things to line up. I enjoyed the James Bond-esk of your story. I appreciate the time you put into it as well as the quality of the contact you show. Keep them coming if you have time.
Just the title got me! Love your awesome new editing, that good old personality, and the bees are always the best! Thank you so much for making this vid!
Thank you for the support and huge love for the comment.
I appreciate your profession keep up the good work!
Will do.....I love it.
Hello form little old me here in UK…..watching u Mr Yappy 🐝 man…. Good to see ya again… hopefully more 🐝🌻🐝 video’s to come 🤛🏼🌼
Hey yall. Welcome back. Glad to see ya got in early on this one. I'm just getting my season started so there will be more in the future.
At least with this one you did not have to replace the walls. They just find any old place to make their hives. They are amazing little things for sure. Have a great day
Bees are fabulous people. They are social and live their lives peacefully. If they invade other peoples countries they only do so to bring honey. We as humans can learn a lot from bees.
Watched one been hooked since it's your relationship and understanding of bees that draws me in for sure alot of people don't have the respect you do keep up the amazing job you do and can't wait to see you in another swarm soon!
Thank you for jumping in. Theybarent all this much "fun" but I try to make them enjoyable.
Hey man i just discovered your channel, love your stuff, we need more people like you in this world
It's so cool how they'll link together like that.
I like that you caught that. It's called festooning I believe and yes, it's really cool to see them do that
This is beautiful but also triggers my tryptophobia badly.

That was really cool… I’m severely allergic to bees but I love them… I think they are some of the coolest creatures God has ever created! Without these bees, we wouldn’t have any of the flowers and trees that we have… everything plays a role… do you get honey from your bees?
I try to every year and do well. My family seems to getore of it than I do somehow. Lol
Can you make an in depth video of all the bee colonies you have and their homes? Also it would be cool to see the honey and stuff…. I know nothing about bees but just found your channel and I’m hooked!
In the last two weeks here in coastal Texas we caught two swarms. Our first ever ! Thanks Yappy !
So, when are you getting your own show on Discovery Channel?
I hope that all the bees you come across this year are as nice as those bees 😃
It's striking, to me, the true adoration you feel for these bees. I absolutely love watching you interact with them, so respectful and with such admiration for them. Thanks for what you do. They deserve you.
Bees are so wonderful.
Those combs were beautiful.
Please never stop making videos your content is absolute gold you deserve millions of views!
With so much bad happening in the world, this video was literally relaxing to me. I feel better now having watched it.
“Let me introduce you to some bees.” Yeah… I’m ok, thank you.
Lol....but but but
.......
@@YappyBeeman I do enjoy your videos. I’m “bee”coming less scared of them…. But not over it yet. You’re also quite fun to watch ❣️
Mad respect to someone who keeps his chill while being around swarms or bees wasps and hornets. I freak out when FLIES go by me.
Quite a few beetles in that hive... and a roach? Must have had a lot of problems...
Yappy, You're the man!!! I love how gentle you are with the bees. What amazes me is how quickly you always find the queen. Stay blessed. 💫💫💫
My grandpa was a beekeeper so I love watching these videos we had hives in our backyard when I was growing up my grandparents live next door and we shared a backyard and you know I never got somebody any of those bees!
Thank you so much for saving the 🐝 bees. You are absotively appreciated and amazing to watch. HUGS and GOD bless us everyone
Seeing all those roaches made me cringe. Why do the bees not do anything about the roaches on their hive? I saw at least 5 baby roaches crawling around on the comb
yess gross
I literally just found this channel a day ago, some of the most fun content I've ever seen. Never knew bees were this damn interesting! Easy sub to this channel
whenever my life feels like a swarm of bees, i come hang out on your channel and learn how to be cool about it. you are the zen master. mad respect
House scheduled for fireman training? Thank god there was no bees on fire.
Love the videos man! If you need to at any time, take a break from uploading, uploading constantly can affect mental health. Be safe!
At the end of a video you should show all of the bee stings you got during the process
I'm not really allergic. I think I was stung twice on this one.
HEEEEEEEE'S BAAAAAAAAACK! I discovered you while there weren't any swarms, so I'm excited to see a new release from you!
Good Stuff Yap! Great edit with the music and light effects too. ✨✅✨Your Awesome!
Thank you. Just having a little editing fun. Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks
Another Queen catch for Yappy!
This just might bee the best video I've ever seen.
Thank you for that awesome compliment.
Your videos are so enjoyable! You’re so informative as well as entertaining. Your editing is great, love the background music 😂! And really, I’m impressed you’re able to keep your cool about the roaches. Man….that’s the one I freak out about. Spiders, lizards, scorpions that we have here - I can handle. Roaches, NO SIR! Glad you had a great outcome - with no “Yappy Eye”! Wishing you and yours all happiness and good health 🌺
Thank you. I think I scared the roach more than it scared me.
Have to admit Yappy. One of your best videos yet. Great edting and entertaining
Thank you. Every one is it's own adventure.
Bee ware get it
Lol.....1 pt for effort.
I was just thinking “I wonder what yappy has been up to”
This house is in rough shape that’s for sure..
And then here I am.....how weird. Like an itch you can't reach
And I thought bees liked a tidy, clean home. 🥰
In "their" home yes. But they don't always get to choose who lives in the home they build in.
@@YappyBeeman very true 😂
love your videos man, and i love watching you use the bee vac 😂 dunno what it is about it but something about seeing you vacuum up a ton of bees is hilarious to me
Hello Yappy! Thanks for the great video's. I've been preforming removals for a year or so now and I'm always concerned about the brood. When 90% of the bees are in the bee vac and the capped brood is with out bee cover, what concern do you have for the survival of that capped brood? How long can it go without thermoregulaton of the colony?
i always love to watch these types of videos, good content dude
I appreciate that. It's a bunch of work to do a removal and vid. Plus edit decent content. It means a lot to get good feedback
It's amazing how you do what you do! Love watching your bee friends mostly be calm and sane.
Well done, Mr. Yappy, Sir! I'm anxiously counting down the weeks to swarm season here.
Hi Yappy, I’m new to your channel. Great video. I had one question, around 4:35 in the video, while you are holding the comb close a smaller bee towards the bottom ran by. It looked much smaller then the others and the body was very dark. Was it a drone or just a new smaller worker, or something else? Thanks for sharing these videos.
Hmmm, I will have to look. There were hive beetles in this also. Pesky little buggers. I think that's what you probably saw.
Thanks for your work. As someone once said" if we lose the bees, the human race will be dead in 5yrs". That's something to think about.
This is way different from a usual job in that its really a bee rescue operation rather than protecting people. Of course all ventures are rescues, obviously, but with the house set to be torn down or maybe burned by the fire dept these bees need a stable new home. Great video man! :D
Not sure how I missed this one. Dang Yappy! That place was nasty! Love the editing too. Awesome job!
Hold thy breath and saveth the bees......Book of Yappy chap 3 vs 17. It's a comic book but has meaning.
Been watching your channel along with Jeff and Dirt Rooster!! I like how you describe what's brood, capped honey and so on. Learned a lot about bee keeping
Wow, swarms already! We’ll be lucky to see our first within a couple of months here in the midlands of England. Had a couple of years out of beekeeping due to moving house, but really hoping to get back into it this year. Only started 4 years ago, but love it!
I hope you do to. Its an amazing hobby.
thank you for all the info... hope you have a grate year.
Love your videos. Informative. Short and sweet. Great rescue.
So exciting to start a new year. I’ve been binge watching your channel for past videos. But now I get to see how 2022 develops.
The Pacific NW has experienced a “false spring” a few weeks ago. As soon as it returned to winter, we got snow TWICE (they both melted fast).
I can’t even imagine your climate already having active bees!
In the PNW myself. Born and raised here. It snowed a couple of days ago. We've still got snow hanging around. It's been bitterly cold, too. It's pretty here though so I'll stay.
@@gogrannygo4431 I too was born and raised here!
@@lesliejohnson7247 that's great. We've both been blessed then.
I'm surprised those bees didn't just walk into your vacuum. "Get us out of here! This place is filthy!"
Aaaaand he’s back with da Beeeees!
What do you do with the old honeycomb after you remove it from the wall?
I really enjoy your videos and I live the new editing. It livens it up a little. Thank you for putting out bee content!
Hey yappy im a new sub from Spain and I wanted yo say your job is fascinating and I have been watching a lot of your videos lately and I love them keep up the good work!!!
Thank you. It's so amazing to see how what I do for fun gets to be shared all over the world. I appreciate you taking the time to comment.
Yahoo A video from Yappy wow you found her again could not find it wow what are you do with those egg they lay so cool do you keep them with the nest curious first time seeing that epic video but the place is gross thanks so much Yappy love it..
I did not reuse the comb. It's a bad time of the year for them to rebuild and work the brood. I will recycle the wax I removed in the future.
They were very calm ❤
Came across your videos few days ago and now I'm hooked idk why
I loved the vid. it calmed my anxiety. thank you man! stay safe :)
Yappy makin it look easy.......Good stuff Yappy!!! Pretty little neat and tidy hive they had there. A lot nicer than the house!!

Hi Yappy, cant wait for more bees to come!
Thank you Yappy for sharing the bee rescue! As you all know I love bee's! 🐝🐝🐝
