Washer Fluid Level Sensor Replacement on a 2008 Crown Victoria

Usually when these sensors go they will cause a low washer fluid message to appear even though the reservoir may full. Here's how to replace the sensor.

I have ain 1984 delta 88 with 30k miles on it great car. Lately while I’m at a red light after driving the car for about two hours, at the red light with the A/C my car will stall out. Is that a idle problem?
