KVC Kansas offers comprehensive aftercare treatment for youth and families who have experienced foster care. Children and families receive these services for one year following reintegration, permanent custodianship or adoption finalization. Our team of experts provides multifaceted aftercare planning to ensure children remain safe and stable in their homes. KVC provides intensive in-home mental health therapy services along with connections to a multitude of community services including healthcare, education or legal assistance.
