An Inside Look: Take a Tour of the Compassionate Care at Camber Children's Mental Health in Hays, KS

Take a look inside the new Camber Children's Mental Health in Hays, Kansas. This new inpatient hospital for youth experiencing a mental health crisis opened in February 2023. Within these walls, our team of medical and mental health professionals works with children ages 6 to 18 to help them overcome crises and learn coping skills to live happier, healthier and more resilient lives.
Youth in Western Kansas now have more access to these critical, life-saving services at a newly designed hospital in Hays, Kansas. Adding these services will allow Camber to serve over 600 more children and teens each year who need immediate stabilization and compassionate mental health treatment.
Camber Hays also provides residential treatment for youth who are not actively in a crisis but have struggled to experience improvements with outpatient services. Both residential and inpatient treatment are provided for children who are experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, the impacts of trauma and other mental health conditions.
