Great video coach I have revamped my ground strokes over the last 12 months using your checkpoints and turbocharged my level from good to high level. Biggest insight for me from this video is that the racquet face not breaking the net plane when windshield wiper movement done as wrist position maintained. Need to go practice that as sometimes I snap the wrist and lose the connection on my shots.
I like your voice and videos man they are really helpful.. It's not like the steps the holding the racket you give critical tips how to hold a racquet how to step in how to get in position etc in perfect way those tips come only from experienced coaches and they don't tell everybody
Great video, but I'm still a bit confused... I think adding 3 more angles and cutting in and out, so you're never actually looking into the main camera would have helped massively. Perhaps next time. Thank you for the great contents. I like! 🙏.

can you briefly explain benefits of maintaining inner curvature of lumbar region of spine? You mentioned something about "tapping into posterior chain." I'm not sure what that means
Not quite following what is meant by having the strings stay "more or less parallel to the surface of the court". This is mentoned around the 9:20 mark in the video.
Effectively the racquet frame edge leads into the contact point (strings facing the court surface), and the racquet head ‘opens’ up as it rises to meet the contact point.
The best step by step coach ever!! Thanks for the lesson!!

Grant! You are the best tennis blogger!
Masterclass! Great tips 💪
very well explained correct style to generate high/powerful forehand technique. I am now training it and it really works. Thanks for share/effort
Amazing video coach! Informative, clear, and great incorporating examples. Prompts to the camera man and video editing
Great video on tennis basics and further techniques.
Respect...good video...thanks Grant
Omgash a lot of techniques on each phase and he described them so fast that I got lost!
Great video again ! A lot of work for me to have your forehand.
We want the same for the backhand please ! It’s my weakness shot
Great, thank you!
Love the energy and enjoy the content, but I think that’s too many angles and too much movements is a bit confusing. Keep up the good work!
🙏🙏
Grant in my opinion you should make some videos on mental part of game ❤

The cuts are so annoying
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very difficult to do this forehand like the pros ..!
Yeah, feels too wristy and not stable
Yeah, this is for an intermediate level player who wants to advance to the next levels. It will take some time to learn for most people, I think.
@@sunglee3935but the relaxed wrist, gets you more racket speed, spin and power. A tight wrist will injure your arm eventually.
@@9r393 I finally got this after practicing on the ball machine. I had to think about hitting thru the ball because I was getting wrist
