People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make a mix of fast and slow asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional. This is what helps me relax and sleep most and hopefully it helps you as well.

I watch an ungodly amount of ASMR and this guy lately has been my absolute favorite. I feel like hes just so much more fun. He seems so genuine and like he doesn't take this super serious. I mean, his ASMR is really good so its not that he doesn't take the craft seriously but that he doesn't take the videos seriously maybe? He just gives off good vibes and I love it.

Hey! I have the same tiny blue box and I saved it from when I was around 9, because I had a particular liking to collecting small things. The weird nostalgia I got from looking at that box in asmr is a cool experience!

I have to say that big pauses in sound are not very comfortable, because when you are with closed eyes and tying to fell asleep, those pauses make you open your eyes to check if video or phone still working
And what I like is that your blowing into mic feels like quake when I'm in headphones and it's so cool✨
