I bought my first phone, *POCO x2* (pheonix red 6Ram 128Rom) on October 2nd 2020 for Rs18499 (money i saved from husling and parents), everything was going soo smooth until i got *miui12.5* , after updating 12.5 version, the whole phone was unable to use (lagg,stutters, overheating on idle) until they gave another update after a month which solved the issues of stutters, then on February 2022, i got the *miui 12.5.7* , just after doing the update, my camera app died, touch screen issues started coming, and even speaker issues too(phone became as useful as a brick),
As a student,who doesn't have the financials to buy a new phone, i contacted the Mi/POCO, from February till March (i was having my final exams during that time,all my notes and datas were in the phone) the reply i got from poco was very unsatisfactory as they didn't want to resolve my issue because it was out of warranty eventho the issue was caused by the company and they acknowledged that. After a month's long constant calls and messaging, they agreed to replace my phone and give me poco F1(no warranty,not even a 7 day checking warranty will be provided for thir replacement phone which is a 4 year old device, provably returned or bought from some other customers ),( but the catch was i had my back panel broken ) i was refused the replacement, then i asked them to repair the motherboard for me, they said they stopped all repairs for poco x2, so only option I had was to , pay 2000+ to repair my back panel (btw back panel was broken because it came loose after i had repaired the charging port issue under warranty on july of 2021, and broke itself in the case), also the replacement phone doesn't have any warranty from the company too. So i stayed at the service centre from morning till their closing time begging for them to replace my phone as i didn't have money to change the back glass, then i was calling and begging the customer support guy sitting in the service centre.. no use....
So i am still using this poco X2, without a camera , (the biggest issue because of that is I can't use upi scanning payment, document scanning or even face unlock.....) touch issues, and loss of speaker sometimes..i can't afford to change this phone, so if you can help me it would be great.

Literally the same issues which I have been facing with ma X2. Glitches glitches everywhere , തോന്നുമ്പോൾ പൊങ്ങി വരുന്ന ആപ്പുകൾ , touch issues ( ചില നേരം സ്പർശനം അറിയാതെ മരവിച്ചു നിൽക്കും) , earpice didn't work with voices , sensory organs മിക്കതും തകരാറിലായി.

ഇപ്പൊ വീട്ടുകാരുടെ തെറി കേട്ടു സഹിക്കുന്നില്ഹ. ഇല്ലാതെ പൈസ കൊടുത്ത് മേടിച് തന്നതാ. ഫോൺ മേടിച് കൃത്യം 6 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അടിച്ചു പോയി. ആ മൊബൈലിനു display വേല മാത്രം ആണ് കിട്ടാത്തൊള്ളൂ അത് കൊണ്ട് ആ വിലക്ക് കൊടുത്ത്. ഇപ്പോൾ പുതിയ ഫോൺ ഇന് വേണ്ടി പൈസ ഇൻഡൽകുവാന്ന്. വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് ഇനി ഒറ്റ പൈസ കിട്ടില്ല.

Poco x2 touch dead .it repair by chip level rebelling(it cost 3000rs). Last weak poco x3 pro motherboard dead within warranty. They said that poco x3 pro parts production stopped and they give me redmi 10 pro as replace. Gaming worst in redmi 10 pro comparing to poco x3 pro .performance wise poco x3 pro is beast🔥🔥
