You have to remove "Auto" for the wind function. Either disabled or all the time. Disabled is better, when the car stops it has stereo sound and more information, "Auto" is the worst because it switches from mono to stereo.
0:47 It was stereo before it went filtered and mono again, and we hear birds: the tits or that look like tits.
