That's true. Allah gives knowledge to those whom he wills. And it's a blessing to be gifted knowledge from Allah. But you still have to put effort. Or else, every righteous Muslim would have knowledge. So if a person wants knowledge, he must seek it and work hard for it with the right intention and with making dua. And Allah knows best.

1. Introduction to Knowledge and importance of Knowledge over ignorance.
2. What is beneficial Knowledge, and how to get into paradise with this knowledge (Theses statement).
3. Signs of beneficial knowledge. (May Allah bestow upon us this beneficial knowledge and save us from the hell-fire).
a. Fear of Allah and fulfilling your worldly/heavenly duties. It makes you distinguish good from evil and compels you to pursue good and leave evil. some examples from sahaba and tab'een's lives.
b. Immediate application of beneficial knowledge. Makes you apply the Sunan as you learn about it. Examples of early sages' lives. (sign b. is connected to sign a.)
c. Beneficial Knowledge produces genuine humility into the person who is bestowed with the knowledge. the aalim of beneficial knowledge will not rush to pass judgement. Those who are the quickest to pass judgement are the least who posses knowledge.
d. The knowledge causes you to run away from fame and limelight. (sign d. is connected to sign c.)

Ma Shan Zhang a true ignorant and arrogant would never have admitted what you have admitted to be. This tells me you are intelligent and sometimes you are arrogant for knowing. You have already seen where you lacked at. And in the eyes of Allah you have repented. Don’t do the same thing now that you know and are convinced it is wrong. We all suffer from this on different levels and we all need to be like you, realize, repent and change. May Allah help each and everyone of us to see this and be like you before it’s too late. May you be blessed in this Ramadan.

One of the many reasons I'm not on Facebook/Instagram. I despise fame and hate attention. Nowadays, we have our muslim sisters who wear Hijab take hundreds of selfies for people 2 stare at. Don't get me started on the non-hijabis. Guys as well will wear xtra small t-shirts and skinny jeans to accentuate their physique. Some men who are not even Homesexual will even wear makeup! All the attention I require is of a positive light from my Lord and creator. Our lifetime will only seem like part of a day when we are resurrected for judgment. Truly beautiful things don't call attention to themselves. Even our beloved prophet was hard to find in a gathering because he dressed so inconspicuously and carried himself with humility. May Allah make myself and this great Umma of ours more humble.

Six ways to earn even after death
1. Give someone a copy of Qur'an, every time they read it you earn
2. donate a wheelchair to a hospital, every time someone sick sits in it you gain
3. participate in building a masjid
4. place a watercooler in a public space
5. plant a tree, every time a human or animal sits in its shade you gain
6. and the easiest, share this message with others. whenever someone reads it, you gain. May Allah help everyone

Will all the students of this generation or before will be punished? Because in school, in college, in universities we get to learn things which we barely implement in our lives, does that mean we are doing wrong? The laws in physics, the problems in mathematics that we solve, will all of this will harm us in the day of judgement?
There is a point i want to add, which is each of the problems we solve develops our brain. Making us able to think faster and to reach to a conclusion much faster than before. So, does that falls under the beneficial knowledge?
If i do my 5 times prayer on time and recite the Quran daily, will those extra knowledge needed in dunia will still affect me on the day of Judgement? Or, if i keep my 5 times prayer right and read the Quran daily and implement them on my life, then everything after that we do in dunia is fine? Or still we will be punished for those knowledge which we are being taught in schools and colleges which we barely implement in our life.
This question was striking my head since past couple of days. Hope to get an answer.

Actually most of us benefits from the abstract sciences including Math, Chemistry and physics. Let me give an example, humans send satellites to space and this satellites are important for transportation and communication, and many of technology developed because of that pursue , we use GPS all the time we have been lost, we use Google maps and so on. What if we didn't have developed it? Modern Life is easier because of sciences. Vaccine saves lives all over the globe. Engineers are able to construct , maintain and operate complex devices that allow benefits for society and so on. And by the way, in Islamic history, we had great scientific discovers and creations. I read an amazing book about the great Muslim Scientists. They never thought of science like bad to Faith. The Christians and specially Catholicism have that concept, but because of imperialism, Muslim got under influence of their beliefs....
