LOL Larry is Hangry at them fish🤣
Has been his whole life
Awesome video... lots of good comedy too.
Looks like a good day
Thanks
Got a buddy whose boat currently housed at fine Rigolets Estate home and we intended to launch yesterday,Mother Nature had other plans, and hoping to get back to Trestles or other E Lake P areas seeking fine and fat specks!Heard Causeway starting to heat up and that is awesome news since that reef is 24 miles long,a tad longer than the 5 mile reef that gets way crowded up AND Causeway fishing slightly different than Trestles.Hope to nab some fine fish as soon as Mother Nature decides she wants to cooperate!
Larry said uh uhh he bleeding! Put that fish in the box😂😂😂.
My arm was bleeding too after he hooked me.
Man keep those good trout sha!
What’s the name of the book and where can it be bought?
It was published in 2001, and we sold every copy we printed. It's really dated. Many of the areas discussed in it are long gone. The book was called Specks. You can find used copies for exorbitant prices on Amazon.
I went to Delacroix last week and did pretty good. Most of the specks were full of wort. Have u had a problem with this.
Those worms don’t hurt anything they always have that when the water warms up, they are in every fish
Spaghetti worms are harmless. I really don't pay much attention to them.
Ahh man I wanted to go out in Plaquemines yesterday, guess I should have huh? Great video.
Is there good trout and red action within distance of kayak angler in that area?
We were fishing between Pointe a la Hache and Delacroix, and there's definitely good kayak fishing throughout that region.
@@MarshManMasson don’t know how much longer my old body can kayak, but I have some bucket list stuff to cross off. As a lure maker, designer and airbrushing hard baits, just want to experience that for one day anyway. Thanks for responding. I enjoy your videos
What depth water do yout think they were holding in mostly? You mentioned depth the boat was in a couple times
12-20 feet
@MarshManMasson thanks for the tip sir. Heading to the Southern end of lake borgne early next week. Gonna have to try a few deeper bayous I know out that way.
Sounds like y’all dont see eye to eye on conservation.
I handle things differently, but I have great respect for the man, and when I'm on his boat, I follow his rules.
great video, how long ago was it shot?
7 days
East or west bank?
Larry wanted those fish going in the box not back in the water 😂
Yep, and he doesn't even eat fish.
Oh my goodness ! Really 😂
2nd spot, you may have been on top of the fish, stacked in the drop-off.
Nice catch.Have the trout you been catching had any worms?
Dem worms ain't got no bones.
See other comment.
@@MrHardhead2 so does that mean its not harmful to cook it if it has worms? I always hear people saying they don’t keep the bigger fish because of worms but I know people that do keep the bigger fish and I’m sure theirs worms in them often.
Nice fish dude. Seems the monsters you were catching a few weeks ago have moved on
Wait until you see my next video, dropping Monday ...
@@MarshManMasson Hopefully I'll get to see some topwater action.. or at least some action with some of those BIG twitch baits you like to throw 👍
I really enjoy your videos, however I do wish you would at least kinda give some locations, not spots by any means but some areas and the launches.
I agree, im not from the area therefore it makes it very difficult to even begin to figure out where to go, i use google earth to look for boat launches! I dont want anyones honey holes but general area wud help alot!
What launch do you launch to get to these waters lol don't worry I'm in a kayak so I won't be in your way
This is probably delacroix, he has a big enough following to where if he posted the launch he went out of the next 2 weeks all of delacroix would be unfishable with a million boats
What did you do to Larry, he’s quiet
Trust me: Quiet is one adjective that has never been used to describe Larry Frey.
Whisper 😬
If u use two baits U meat hunting sure different story today
