Yea bro Seeker was bought by a company apparently called “The Verge” so I guess Verge is maintains the Seeker UA-cam Channel and may not be keeping everything up to date. Goes to show it’s not about the channel itself it’s about the people behind running a channel yk. So this 5M UA-cam channel which was once run by Seeker was thriving but when “The Verge” bought it I guess it was monitored differently so yea. I recommend doing your own further research on this topic to better get the answer that your looking for but this is just my opinion and observation based on what was provided on their UA-cam channel.🙂

Listen, long form science based content like this has a longer shelf life. It’s not connected to trends.
Also UA-camrs are paid for views monthly. Since these videos always perform, the longer your channel is around it just continues to get paid off its views so the need to push out new videos isn’t as much as it is for other channels that live and breathe based on being current with trending topics.
You couple that with new management and you get what you see here.

Fascinating vid.. Dust is definitely one of the bigger early problems before things like large concrete pads can get laid down..
That is the long term solution - taking everything needed for heavy construction.. Rebar, concrete mixture, setting agents, maybe water, maybe stuff for pressurised atmosphere. Working without air likely to be the biggest problem. Understanding the regolith is absolutely crucial to solving so many of these kinds of problems.

Is it too soon to make a landing pad for the Moon, a large sectional thing that we can stick a rocket to that won't push dirt everywhere? Given the fact that gravity is less, perhaps you could just use a push away type of Thruster until it moves away from the Moon and then you could straighten it out.

It seems that the video is talking about taking care of lunar dust in a landing that could eventually actually take place in future missions, as it contradicts the images of the Apollo landings.
In all of those six "very successful" landings, you practically didn't see all that much-vaunted dust at the time of landing.
    Why all this concern now?
The next missions need to improve image capture so that everything looks more realistic and less contradictory.
In fact, there is no shortage of funds and technology to falsify science at NASA's Space Theme Park for the joy and entertainment of its passionate fans.
