    Cyclops!
Built on decades of experience producing the finest all-tube power amps available, the Fryette Power Station has become the most popular, and really, the only product of its kind on the market. As an invaluable tone tool for enhancing preamps and modelers, Power Station users frequently want to know how best to integrate the Power Station into more complex rigs where routing and ground loop problems can be challenging.
Enter Cyclops! A convenient and practical solution that manages signal routing, level matching, silent switching and ground isolation all in one elegantly simple package.
What does it do? The Cyclops box is a transformer isolated Dual A/B Switcher that allows you to connect an amplifier and a preamp/modeler to the Fryette Power Station simultaneously. Simply connect your guitar or pedalboard output to the Cyclops Input. The Cyclops sends this input signal to either your amp or preamp, and then simultaneously routes your preamp out or loaded amplifier output back onto the Power Station Line Input for re-amping to your speaker cabinet.
You now can effectively add any preamp or modeling device to any vintage or modern cranked tube amplifier using either the Cyclops front panel switch or a remote footswitch located on your pedalboard.
If you are a Power Station PS-2 or PS-100 user, the Cyclops box is truly a must-have addition to your current rig.
Dual A/B Switcher with ultra-low noise signal buffer for instrument and amplifier signal routing.
Transformer isolated preamp/amplifier sends eliminate potential ground loops.
Level switch matches preamp level to amplifier level for easy level matching.
Pop mute circuit prevents switching transients regardless of preamp gain level.
Rear panel Ground Lift switch eliminates any extraneous ground issues.

I hope this stays in production at least a year, such that I can afford one after buying a Power Station later this year.

I love my ps2a and will even more so once I get this not having to disconnect and connect cables in using with my amp and my one pre-amp. Great product!

I want Fryette stuff just because it’s so practical lol

Not practical when something goes wrong, try getting a hold of someone in their service department or try to get a schematic...

To FRYETTE: I have a PS100(which I love) HOWEVER:: I was wondering If the cyclops in ANY way solves the problem of Not being able to hear the Effects in the effects loop in the outgoing "line out" (either balanced or unbalanced) that goes to the DAW. You stated that the "effects loop" is AFTER the "line out" Thereby nullifying any effects in the loop. So the only way I can see around this is: Going from the "Balanced line out into the input of the effects chain...then from the effects chain out, into the DAW...Is that about it???

Is that the Buzz Feiten saddle on your Tele? Cyclops, very cool appliance. Really dig all the stuff Fryette does!

When might this be ‘available’? Also, could I use this with my Soldano Astro20 as a pre-amp?

Thanks Steve mines pre-ordered. I ordered all my cables in special lengths so it will be nice and neat. I've been using my power station with my Studio Plexy 20 watt. Love my power station, have my name on the list for the 100 watt. CW

I am moving from a house to an apartment. So I need to get a PS2 and Cyclops for my rig. I already own a number of tube preamps (AB763 clone and a Mesa Recto Preamp), a Kemper, and UA Ruby and Lion pedals. I also own a Voodoo Lab GCX and an RJM MMGT-10. So I was thinking of going the extra mile and integrating the looper to select sources (preamp, modeler, amp in box pedals, etc.) with the Cyclops. I understand how Cyclops is routed with the PS2. But I want to confirm where I'd insert the looper's output to select the source. Am I correct that I'd connect the output loop of the GCX to the Cyclops Preamp IN and Out?

That's correct. But you only really need the Cyclops if you are also planning on running an amp into the Power Station as well as preamps.

      Thanks for the confirmation.
I have a ‘68 Bandmaster and a Mesa Recto Pre 20/20 rack rig. So yes, I plan on connecting both a selection of sources through a looper and a tube amp. I will use the Cyclops to switch between the amp and line inputs.
Btw, I assume I can use my MMGT-10 MIDI controller to switch the Cyclops. It has available relays to do the job.
