Yes, the siding track was just put down a couple months ago and the main hasn't been serviced in years. It'll be interesting to see how long it takes before they derail with these new heavy cars.

Yes, they drop the cars off then work Teknor Apex (the plastics plant between here and the yard) before running around their train and heading back south. The spot I shot most of this video is easily accesible, just follow the National Grid access road between Fraticelli Oil and CubeSmart Storage to get to the tracks :)
