I'd sure love to know the total amount spent on that one project. I would, of course, have to make up some of my garden using substandard stuff from the Dollar Tree or Goodwill, etc. Just being able to bust out in a GIFT SHOP of all places and buy it all at once. Now, that's a real fantasy! It's just beautiful and thanks for your great ideas, placement, etc.

i made it like a week after writing this. it was beautiful!! i used bird seeds for the trail and acorns for trees, it looked magical until my cat broke it lmao

I made a beautiful fairy garden from items from dollar general. My daughter and I collected sand rocks and beautiful green moss to add. Everything put together was just gorgeous! We had so much fun. This was our pandemic project. One problem about a year later our cat started using for a litter box. We were grossed out. Anyone have any ideas on what to put in to keep her from messing up our fairy land? We were thinking of mothballs but we dread the smell.
Add an extra litter box, or make sure the one they're using is 100% clean everyday. If you're cat isn't using their litter box, it's a sign something is wrong with it.
How do you keep the plants from overwhelming the garden?

Its lovely but agree with margaret, I think you should slow it down so we could see how to place things, otherwise it's just a sales pitch.

I heard building a garden fairy is bad:/ but maybe if you have good intentions while building it but I need to look more into it, can someone please explain and confirm because I always wanted to build my fairy garden even when I was little I was building a little door on a tree but I only like it bc it was cute but now that I’m older I been wanting to build one but I heard many peoples opinion and they tell me not to do it bc it’s bad, I would love for someone to explain and confirm this for me:)
Why do you think they are bad ?
It might be expensive, I made a few of mine cause i keep snakes and have lots of extra plants and decor thats not being used.
