I don't have otside cats but my neighbors do. I was just thinking an upcycled aquarium might solve the problem. Or maybe a bird cage.

I loved all of your gardens! The water is a cool feature! We had a miniature fountain that flowed into small pond a few years ago, our cat would put his paws up on it and get a drink!!
