it’s purpose is to give us a firm idea on how fast kyrie can do a behind a back dribble, instead of just saying “ kyrie can dribble fast”

Jadeey Kool The fastest guy was Trevor Booker. John Wall, Avery Bradley, and Wesley Johnson were the second fastest. But John Wall was quicker and more agile than all of them. Wall also got crazy bounce! I can’t find Jeremy Lin’s stats but I think he’s fast as well. He’s not normal.

A lot of people saying this video is pointless but there’s some good measurements mentioned that you can aim towards in training: it tells you how quick Kyrie can accelerate in 2 strides & how quick the average NBA point guard can get to the rim from a stand still
The other thing that’s helpful is mentioning how long he exposes the ball… he’s not dribbling so fast that the defender doesn’t have time to react to his moves
So basically what this vid says is 2 things.. 1 is that before you can react to one of his moves, he's already in the basket. 2, he can cross a cobra.
