i was in a side impact accident. broke my collar bone and theses are some exercises i have to do. helps keep the movement so I dont get frozen shoulder. takes one year to heal. right now its just forming cartilage after 5 months. it was hell for the first 3 months. thanks for theses exercises..my Ot recommended walking poles. I am almost 70..I was so active before this accident. always been fit all my life, so this is depressing. I am a fighter though. Bench pressed 250 first time at a gym age 32. LOL that was farm strength. I guess I never knew how strong I was. keep fit girls..thanks again
Great exercises! I've started teaching Nordic Walking in Algarve, Portugal and was looking more ways to use the poles to keep my classes varied and results driven. Thanks for sharing :-)
Excellent demo! I have been researching this, thinking I'd like to start a group where I live. But I would really like to see a video showing people with Parkinson's actually doing this. Do you think you might do one like that?
not sure if you guys cares but if you guys are stoned like me atm you can stream all of the new series on instaflixxer. Have been binge watching with my gf during the lockdown =)
I just started NW. Thanks for sharing the warm up stretches and the NW variations.
