Spider-Man: Web Of Shadows Speedrun - Live @ QFSF Marathon [Red Suit Ending (Yes, For Real)]

- Yes, your read correctly. Here's the full story on why I made a red suit ending run:
QFSF is short for QuickFest SpeedFest - a small marathon organized by my friend Capridog to collect donations to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
The event took place in celebration of Halloween, so they preferred games with horror themes. I submitted WOS to fit to the spirit of the marathon.
Being a live event, This was a great opportunity - I let the audience vote for the story choices throughout the run. If you want the red ending so bad, you'll have to fight for it.
It was clear very fast which ending the audience aims for - and I delivered.
With that being said, "Red Suit Ending" and such will never be an official category, but it's perfect for marathon settings, to engage with the audience. For further read on my opinion on this: pastebin.com/L...
Unfortunately, more often than not, I forgot to notify the staff early enough to create the polls for the choices, so I ended up a few minutes behind the estimate time, due to waiting for the results. Oops.

Take another shot every time the runner says "I guess" and "by the way".
While casually playing this game, during the second Venom fight, it turned out that Black suit's air attack last two strikes deals ridiculous damage, I'd say even more that Beatdown 3 (might be wrong also). Thought it could be used as speedrun strat. It's quite volatile unlike Beatdown cause you need air hits to land, but if executed properly, it's probably a good time save

I'm curious, since I've only seen you upload the older Spider-Man open world games, do you not like Insomniac's Spider-Man games very much?
I don't own any console and my GPU is too weak to run the game on my PC. I got to play the game a bit over a friend's, so I can't form much of an opinion.
A YT comment doesn't feel like the best way to convey my message, so I'll say it briefly: Some things I liked in the game, some things I disliked.
The one thing I've been critical about ever since Shattered Dimensions released is the auto-platforming move (is it called web rush?). I like to do the landing and platforming on my own and this move strips that aspect away. It should be nerfed to hell or reworked from scratch, because there's no way they're gonna give up on those landing animations and poses that can't be done otherwise.
I took a break from speedrunning and heavy gaming in general indefinitely. Once I decide to return, I'll buy a new GPU and play both Insomniac games more seriously.

Have you tried using the glitch where one web shields mid air constantly, shielding and unshielding and in between each UN shield you jump while keeping your joystick forward a certain direction?
Not sure if this only works in the WII version but I was able to pick up insane speed when I found my button combinations that made me able to do it consistently
After each jump it seems like spidey increases his speed by the amount one usually gets from dodging/rolling out of a webshield, and it builds up although seems to cap itself at some point
how did you get this game on pc? been trying to play it myself but can't seem to find it anywhere for pc
