Nicole DID get a settlement, and she was forced to sign an NDA. Botched is an understatement, she lost her nipples, which I'm sure devastated her. Which is why Heather doesn't want it getting out, it could hurt business and impact their livelihood. This is unrelated. I was in a Breast implant illness group at the time there were over 80k women who were experiencing serious health issues related to their implants. Quite a few women in there went to Terry for an explant consult, and he told them they were crazy and several left in tears and were charged an outrageous amount of money for their consult. He himself on several occasions has posted pictures of ruptured implants that look like toxic waste, telling women to think long and hard before putting this into your bodies. Bottom line Heather and Terry have made themselves RICH by implanting highly toxic implants into women's bodies, and he know's it.
Heather claims that if a doctor pays a settlement from a lawsuit it is public record and discoverable, even though she was forced to sign an NDA, so this should be on public record somewhere, but Heather keeps denying it and basing her claim to truth on the lack of public record. Need a lawyer to weigh in!

Noella said “It’s your karma,” meaning Heather will get what she deserves in the future for treating her (Noella) like this. This could mean a friend could treat Heather poorly in the future or someone might make Heather feel bad in the future, etc. Heather responded by saying that Noella’s CURRENT situation is her karma, meaning that Noella deserves all the horrible things that have happened to her including her father’s death four days before and her recent divorce, autistic kid, etc. Again, there’s a HUGE difference there.
