- This video describes how three bones, the ethmoid, vomer and inferior nasal concha form the nasal cavity. The composition of the nasal septum and the bones that form the nasal conchae are described. The role that the lacrimal bone plays in draining tears and its relationship to the nasal cavity is explained.
