I don't want to sleep, I know I need it and I do get sleep at times. My MS? is it really? that I awaken with my limbs numb... sometimes with let cramps...I have learned, gently w/o the leg cramp times to slowly stretch and move my hands and a talk (to myself) to stretch it out somehow w/ my hands to get up and go to the bathroom. Now when I awaken w/ numbness and legcramps, it doesn't scare me so much anymore, to quickly roll out of bed and stand on those legs.... somehow I adjust to the new symptoms and still get up and try to start my day..... Dogs to feed, check on, and watch mom.... make sure she's ok. I am glad, really for the dogs and my mom.... gets mind going on other things...... I also get scared to go to sleep..... so I miss a day of sleep. I am adjusting.. My arm is cramping.... I am getting stiff, its no longer mission/remission whatever the hell its called. It is today...it was yesterday. I wish it was all gone

I'm having night terrors. Also, weird scary feelings, I seem to be semi awake and can't figure out why I feel scared. Very odd

I’m expected to take care of my 13 year old while my husband travel around the world for business. It is very hard to do this now.

Yep, I was just diagnosed at age 52 (would have been a lot sooner if I had followed through) with RRMS, but also OSA. I am absolutely THRILLED with my Cpap machine and would suggest that anyone that has OSA follow through, get a cpap, and get used to it. It makes a huge difference in how I feel during the day, now.

My sleep is absolutely horrid right now it feels like torture. Waking up practically crying completely shook to my core running around for a breath that I can’t find 😢 my wife is a huge fan of this almost nightly occurrence right now 😩

I have a terrible time trying to get to sleep, night terrors all the time with added stressors and a narc mum just to really mess things up. I have to say it, but could it get any worse? I hope not.

I can appreciate the brilliance of Doctors and the monumental task of English as a second language. But I don’t have enough brain cells left to understand her. I turn off the sound to read the captions and the use of over complicated wording is STILL too much. 🤦‍♀️

When will assisted suicide be made legal? I have MS. It hurts. I don't have sleep apnea. I am stressed beyond belief. I can't get around. I will not participate in another bullshit study. I need to sleep so I can heal myself. FTS!.

I'm praying soon...but I doubt it. I've had MS 15yrs. All my pain & sleep meds CUT OFF w/o a taper. In w/d nearly 3 months..this is HELL. was on fentanyl patches 17yrs with NO ISSUES. I'm becoming suicidal and only seek #60-100 Seconal capsules. I need peace & RELIEF.
