I met Danae at the Northern Michigan Small Farm Conference and I was very impressed with her knowledge and dedication to organic farming as well as her personal warmth. believe healthy food, grown in healthy soil, makes healthier people. It's really just getting back to the way farms and gardens were managed before the widespread use of chemicals. I'm glad one of the Midwest's premier agricultual colleges is promoting and teaching organic farming. I hope to make a visit this Spring! Thanks!

Nature takes care of everything, we as humans just have to let her work her magic. : )
Mushroom mycelium has a HUGE potential for allowing broken ecosystems to start recovering, boosting the growth and size of plants, as well as providing protein rich food, antibiotics, antivirals, anticancers, nontoxic pesticides, mental clarity and immune defense!
