Roses intimidate me, but I love them! I so much want to have some in my garden. Did you add anything to your soil? Which rose fertiliser do you use? Does regular good old compost work fine?
Finally, is it possible to grow these in large containers, or will they die in containers?

Hi-- just purchased two knock out rose bushes. I just don't know whether we should clip the little spent blossoms. They are just a little spindly thing with a dead bloom on the end. The leaves are pointing downward. Thank you.
