Brill, it's very concise overview, also, in the UK, it's also best not to point out one's mistakes, I don't think there are many places where it's appreciated :)
Thanks for sharing! Yes, I think for a lot of us we can feel embarrassed or humiliated when a mistake is pointed out, especially when it’s done directly. I find generally if I say something like ‘I see what you’re saying here (validation) and then do you think it could be useful if we (propose idea)’
