In summary of my learning: envision your goals and dreams as the peak of a pyramid (termed as 'A'), supported by strategies ('B') and further by tactical actions ('C'). 'A' embodies your aspirations, 'B' involves the planned steps to reach 'A', and 'C' denotes the current actions in progress. The crucial link lies between 'A' and 'C'. Any misalignment between these can hinder the execution of 'B', implying you might be working towards others' strategies rather than your own goals. Realigning 'A' and 'C' is vital. This resonates with my favorite quote: "Dream during the first hour of the day & spend the rest of the day working towards those dreams." The initial phase encompasses contemplation of 'A' & 'B', while the latter entails the actions denoted by 'C'.
This 3:54 minutes each of the things said Strategically for us, Tactically for You Master Sir, I maybe Still wrong, But Loved this Episode of think for 1 hour work 23 hour for achieving that goal(s).. Dream for the first hour of day and Work for the rest of the day to accomplish the goals. Thanks and Love sent ..
I realized in the organization which I work the tasks are very overlwhelming that I feel I do not work strategically for myself, or I resolve other’s problems. I like the idea to dream every morning. I will try to do it . Thank you Sir.
This video is very helpful. I have been frustrated for so many years because it felt like I haven't accomplished anything that I personally want. In societal standards, I may be seen as successful, but what I have always done is to fulfill other people's strategies. And I feel it more right now with my new role because I do not feel that my project is moving. It seems that I am always back to step 1. My boss is brilliant and kind, but she lingers and overthinks the process. I want to be able to accomplish something. So your video is truly helpful. It's about time that I define my own strategy and work my way to fit in other people's goals with mine.
Hey John ⚡ This is the first video of yours I've see and it was very useful for me. I recently came to realize that strategy and tactics are what my life is missing. Excited to start working through your content. I like the way you communicate. Thanks!

I work in a service oriented environment , what resources do you recommend to continue studying and continue thinking along those lines of strategy and tactics?
What about the operational plans if the actions and tasks fall under the tactical plans? I know that to achieve your goal, you need a strategy, tactics, and an operational plan.
Roman’s goal is peace. Tactically, he negotiates with a security team. Strategically, he leads his accomplices. Watch #RockPaperDiceEnter amzn.to/2VbjQMq
Information is good. Your video is too dark, dark theme, clothes, hair, you begin to fade into the background. Brighten up your background to stand out. Remember, your the main focus of the video.
Anyone notice the other competing goals / pyramids splitting our time and so the current goal is either completed later than expected or abandoned for another new goal. i would like to hours of lecture on how to works with the other competing for our attention.
Strategy = thoughts/goals Tactics = actions/results That’s essentially how this guy defines it. It makes sense, but in different contexts, both could be synonymous.
He didn’t say anything the whole video. He may as well have just breathed heavily into the mic - and before you rage, quote 1 morsel of substance and time stamp it, explaining how the information is substantial. Change my mind

Dream for the first hour of the day and work the rest of the day to accomplish those dreams. That is a great way of looking at it!🔥

To those who still do not understand this: here is a simple explanation:
Strategy > Tactic + Tactic + Tactic.
Obviously, since just doing a tactic after another is like doing something over and over for no reason.
Strategy needs to be clear as clear as we can set goals.
Strategy needs to be realistic and practical to enable action be carried out.

His strategy is not that good he should’ve known the comments are not nice😂
What’s the different between tactics and strategies
Strategy = thoughts/goals
Tactics = actions/results
That’s essentially how this guy defines it. It makes sense, but in different contexts, both could be synonymous.
