Hi - great video. A question about the dark colour, how do you avoid getting stains on clothes? I did not spray my Roja Aoud on clothes and still got stains on my white t-shirt around the shoulder area.
Get the crystal version! They took the color out just because of that reason. For this one I usual spray it on the back of my hand or wrist. Also when you spray on the neck, wait at least 10 minutes and then wear something over it and I would avoid white color in general with this fragrance!
Great video I own Amber Aoud, Aoud, Aoud absolue precieux, Musk Aoud and Musk Aoud Precieux. Its so hard to pick between them really (a favourite that is!) Such an amazing line and sad to hear they are disconinuing the musk aoud precieux! Speaking of rubber smells.... i notice it heavily in Taif Aoud and to my nose it made it lean on the unpleasant side. Anybody else experience this?

I bought a 30 ml of Amber Aoud after enjoying my sample of the same perfume. I noticed that it did not smell the same. Now I am realizing why after seeing your video. I wonder when they made the change in the scent. I'm looking at some discount sites and they still have the Roja label on the side of the bottle, and I wonder if this means the "old" formulation vs the "new" one, which I prefer. I am thinking to buy the 100 ml of this in the crystal version at some point but don't know if I will be getting the old or the new formulation. Do you know if there is a way to tell? Thanks.
To speak candidly, I believe that discerning the disparity between the two hinges solely on their hue. Take for instance my antique bottle, its coloration is discernibly lighter in contrast to a contemporary counterpart. Of course, I refer specifically to the color of the liquid contained within.
Ive been hearing people say Aoud continues only a small about of oud, if any at all. I have no knowledge of oud, can this be correct, It sounds crazy to me.
I was also wondering why my recent collection of Sweetie Aoud doesn't have golden printed words at the sides. So there is a change in presentation to Roja bottles recently?
I bought Amber aoud based on your review and I love it. It was a blind buy. I was able to go in store to put my nose on musk aoud absolute precieux and have to put it on my wish list. I was nervous about the absolute precieux being too animalic but it’s the perfect musk. Truly. Great video!
Do you realize that Roja himself is not a perfumer for his fragrances? Just decided to break a party for a moment :D Though the perfumes themselves are great

The sample I got of amber aoud has stains around the atomizer and I knew right then it would stain my shirt.

Roja has ruined my fragrance journey, nowadays I'll use nothing else but Roja

There are more independent and artisanal fragrances outside of Roja, and at justifiably reasonable price points as well. Try exploring some more.
